Bubbling Elegance
I became aware of Attimo through the campaign in print media. A lady lies on the bed. She is wearing a nude-colored, chic dress, matching her simple make-up. She has beautiful red high heels on, which are about to slip off her feet. In her hand, she holds Attimo, which she has just freed from its gift packaging.

I find this image incredibly elegant. Immediately, it sparks my imagination - what will happen next?

Therefore, out of curiosity, I tested the perfume. The campaign fits very well with the scent. It is feminine and timeless. It smells romantic and a touch erotic, yet reserved. For me, it has the right dose of sweetness. Not a loud fragrance. Pure elegance. The pear makes the opening sparkling, then the scent becomes warm and floral. Peonies are indeed my best friends. I find the scent develops wonderfully. A warm, floral fragrance lingers long after.

Thumbs up!

Fresh Elegance Meets Floral Warmth
I tested this fragrance and had to have it. I liked it very much from the very beginning.

Attimo is actually a fresh, zesty scent; the pear is not too dominant but noticeable. Together with the lotus flower, it creates a successful blend of fresh and floral notes.

For me personally, this top note could last a bit longer; it becomes even more floral in the heart, but, no worries, not too much. The peony doesn’t quite dare to stand out for me.

Attimo develops quite powdery, becoming softer and warmer over time, slightly woody. Very, very beautiful. An elegant, always wearable and suitable perfume, certainly not too elegant and heavy. Especially fitting in spring and summer.

Now comes the only downside for me: I can only catch a whiff of the base note for a short time. The scent fades relatively quickly for me, just 2-3 hours, and then I can only sense a hint.

Sometimes you hesitate to write something like this when others don’t share the same opinion. But I can’t lie, and I have tested it extensively, over and over again.
So I will probably not keep my newly acquired 30 ml bottle, which I got here at an extremely good price, for long. It will likely run out faster than I thought. For this price range, it’s just too quick.

I still give it 80% because the scent is so sensational and delicious; if it had more longevity, it would score even higher.

Even Eternity Consists of Moments
In which novel I read and copied this saying, I no longer remember.
From time to time, I jot down a few things that I like in the now somewhat worn-looking little book that dear colleagues gave me 13 years ago.
If these two knew that I still use it and enjoy it: shouldn't such a gift be cherished?
Most of these notes have source references; this one does not.

"Un Attimo" - a moment! This graceful Italian creation from the house of Ferragamo is named so.
A moment often lasts only the blink of an eye and yet influences many lives; a moment can be decisive.

This moment begins with ripe, juicy, and softly pale yellow pears (I not only love these fruits in fragrance form), instantly spreading a summery mood through the delicate, almost incidental lotus note.
The sun shines warmly, the grass under bare feet feels invigorating, and the yellow pears glow on the old trees in the orchard, whose leaves create a lively play of shadows.
A small pond, fed by a little stream, gurgles cheerfully nearby and adds additional freshness.
A southern flair already permeates this moment.
The initial scent is elevated by the noble blossoms of frangipani and gardenia.
In contrast, the large feathery heads of the peonies not only disperse their aromatic fragrance but also lend a certain cheerfulness and tranquility to this delicate painting.
Thus, this delicate fabric becomes less refined; the country child from so many farm gardens peeks around the corner with exuberance.
This moment is not made for great drama; "Attimo" already smiles the most beautiful smile of every woman!
A bright scent being is born, positively affecting the mood. However, it does need a bit more stability to not be so fleeting.
A tasteful musk note and the slightly earthy flow of patchouli create a harmonious base that perfectly matches the already developed summer scent image.
The spiciness of cedar, which wafts around this charming person like a gentle breeze, is exactly the icing on the cake that crowns a delightful, typically Italian fragrance composition: the magic of Tuscany flashes for a moment.

"Attimo" is feminine, cheerful, and a bit capricious: this fragrance plays with the moment!
A few spritzes on skin and hair - the smile appears, and what makes a woman more beautiful than a spontaneous smile?
A smile for a moment ...

A moment please ...
... one should definitely take a moment or even several for this fragrance. I actually became aware of it solely because of its name. As a student, I once worked at the telephone exchange in the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade and was always happy when I could connect the various callers from Italy with my minimal Italian skills ... "un attimo per favore" ... phew, lucky again.

And I had to think of those happy thrill moments when I first saw Attimo in the perfume shop. I liked the first sniff. It didn't quite fit my usual preferences, but it made it onto my (then still mentally noted) wishlist. A few weeks later, I tested it again, but then it was too spicy and woody for me. Eventually, I did buy it a few months ago at a good price, but my nose was not really reliable after various other fragrance samples.

After reading the comments about this fragrance, which is often described here as floral and sweet, I thought I had acquired the men's fragrance instead of the women's. But no, it is indeed the one for the Signiora. Only for me, the flowers don’t develop at all, but the pear, that is softly present. Otherwise, I am wandering with Attimo in the cedar forest. Perhaps it’s in my genes; as a carpenter's daughter, the subtle woody notes always hit me hard. But what a cedar forest it is. I enjoy wandering in it and occasionally picking a little pear along the way. Because there are indeed pears in this forest.

I am into soft, round, gentle, and bright fragrances. Attimo is not round, but rather angular, yet completely without sharp edges. And this flattering cedarwood cube, with its gently rounded corners, fits damn well in my hand, and I actually like it a lot.

Attimo is a rugged elegance with a hint of spicy, warm sensuality, for me a perfect fragrance for autumn and winter. It works well for the office and business meetings in combination with very feminine styling. It has a somewhat rugged-serious quality that pairs perfectly with a lovely dress and stunning high heels.

Noble Italian
I have had Attimo in my collection for so many years now. I bought the first bottle in 2011. In the meantime, I have repurchased it once - and since it is unfortunately no longer being produced, it will probably be the last one. What a shame, because among the Ferragamos, I found it to be by far the most beautiful.

Attimo smells soft, warm, fruity (but not like fruit drops, rather noble, not artificial, and very pleasant) and delicately floral. A thoroughly pleasant, very noble fragrance. Yet suitable for everyday wear and all sorts of occasions. As long as you don’t overdo it with the dosage, this beautiful Italian will hardly disturb anyone, as it is unobtrusive and quite close to the skin. At least for me, but I only spray it 2 - 3 times.

The pear comes across soft and gentle, not as squeaky-fruity as in Petit Cherie. More like smelling a freshly picked pear. Lotus makes the fruit beautifully light and does it good. In the heart note, I can best recognize frangipani, and the peony makes the fragrance beautifully fresh and prevents it from slipping into tropical realms. A hint of gardenia adds a friendly floral note, but it hardly stands out.

In the base, cedar provides a balsamic woodiness, and a bit of musk adds creamy warmth without becoming animalistic. I don’t perceive any patchouli. The longevity is good; I notice it on myself for about 5 hours, then the scent begins to fade gently.

R.I.P. Attimo!

Beautiful and rich scent of white flowers. Very feminine and at the same time discreet. As a women's fragrance: J'adore! :)

For me, it's more fruity than floral. Nice. I can even tolerate the pear here. Not a must-have. Regards + thanks to ELDE.

Fresh like spring air. Bright, floral, pear-like. I really like it. Too bad it was discontinued.

Reminds me of "Camicia 113," which I once owned, very unsweet, floral-fresh. Perfect for a crisp white blouse at the office. ;-) Subtle.
