Sea Breeze

Ah, how I love a fresh, citrusy summer scent. That is... until you realize once you’ve smelled one, you’ve smelled them all. They’re never bad, just wildly redundant. There is no point in owning more than one.

Nautica Voyage: one of the cheapest $/mL fragrances on discounters is probably my summer for-lifer. And that makes for the perfect segue, because Blue Land has strong Voyage vibes, just with the citrus dialed up. Like if Montblanc Legend Spirit and Voyage had a baby, Blue Land would be it.

Since I’ve already reviewed both of those, and they’re basically textbook scents at this point, I’m not going to waste your time or mine going deep on this one. Just picture that combo, and boom. You’ve got Blue Land.

It’s fine. It's safe. It's fresh. But there’s really nothing new going on here.

Fresh Similar to Sea Breeze

It is one of the best Fresh Aquatic fragrances with Italian Style! Clean, Bright, Uplifting and Soft. It has High Quality Composition and It smells like the breeze of sea. It opens up with like semi sweet fresh citrusy ,green and spicy notes in the background then dry down is musky woody.The Lavender and Ginger notes are dominant in this fragrance. I'm a big fan of Trussardi House and l love Trussardi Perfumes. The art of bottle design with Italian Blue Leather is very beautiful. This is perfect for the spring and summer. I really enjoy Trussardi Blue Land and I love it. Longevity is Average. Highly Recommended.

Island in the sun

After I wrote down the herbal potion for my nature-loving friend, I came across Blue Land - a fragrance that I hope will make my brother-in-law happy.
He is more of an elegant type - and always afflicted by wanderlust.

This scent instantly transports you to the Seychelles, lush green islands floating in turquoise, crystal-clear waters.
Colorful exotic birds flit about, singing unknown songs.
Iridescent schools of fish swim through the cool sea in rainbow colors, and when you dip your hand in the water, they curiously come closer.
The sail of the catamaran flutters in the wind, and the waves lap against the powdery soft sandy beach.
I hum the beautiful evergreen by Harry Belafonte:

This is my island in the sun
Where my people have toiled since time begun
I may sail on many a sea

Her shores will always be home to me

Oh island in the sun

Willed to me by my father's hand
All my days I will sing in praise

Of your forest waters
Your shining sand

All these beautiful images are awakened in me by the aquatic-fresh Blue Land - and I hope it does the same for the recipient.

I don't think I like Aquaten: it smells artificial, it itches my nose, and it makes me briefly lose my sense of smell. Maritime is something else for me.
