Gorgeous

What a gorgeous niche, feminine fragrance! Definitely unique. This is the kind of scent I was hoping for from Feve Gourmand by Guerlain! As per the notes I can smell them all, but this is a lot more rose forward than the OG. I hate rose fragrances, but love this. It’s definitely more of a honeyed jammy rose. This is super long lasting and would be great for date night. It’s rich, comforting, a bit mysterious and sexy.

I would say having the OG and extrait definitely doesn’t make either redundant. They are similar fragrances, you can tell they’re related, but they’re still different enough to justify having both. The OG is more of a daytime, date forward fragrance and the extrait more for night. Absolutely love them!

Honey and date dessert

Compared to Jardins de Misfah Eau de Parfum, the honey and date sweetness are more prominent and the rose takes a back seat. It really is a super beautiful and interesting everyday fragrance that smells nurturing and sweet. This one blends perfectly with the skin and lasts at least 6 hours on my skin.

Evening falls in Misfah...

...the sun shines a soft red over the honey-sweet date palms and slowly disappears behind the mountains. I'm sitting on a large clay stone, which is still glowing hot. The landscape is picturesquely beautiful. Everything is idyllic and peaceful, everything seems to have slowed down, as if time has stood still. I am surrounded by the scent of different spices and plants - everything is perfectly coordinated.
Spring water runs gently down the mountain and you could be forgiven for thinking it was floating and every touch with a living creature gives a gentle energy boost. A beautiful rose bush blooms at a junction. Its full blossoms reach out over the huge rock face into infinity. I blink twice, enraptured by this dreamlike oasis.
