It starts from here..
I started to love perfume long before I even collecting it. It was from my childhood. My mother loves wearing perfume, she even goes to bed with it and she is also oversprayer like me!
But, of course I didn't collect anything before, I've always got from my mother or I requested 1 or 2 from her.
It started in 2017 in Netherlands, where I went to college. It was one weekend, when it was my time to shopping I went to Douglas, only to window-shopping. There I met her, Valentina Poudre.
At first, it was fall in love at first sight. It is soft pastel pink, which is my favorite color and look at the bottle! Who won't fall in love with it?
I sprayed on my arm and actually I just love it there. It is powdery and warm. A bit strong to the nose, but hey, I love the bottle and it was winter, so I think it is perfect! BUT, I was just a college student, who is poor. So, I just went home and always sniffing my arm until before sleeping I thought, 'I need to buy this, I am now overthinking for one thing, I need to saving my money!'.
So, from my part time job's money, in a few months, I bought it! I LOVE IT, I just can't not love it.
Even though maybe some of you think, 'what is so special? It is just straight powder.'
No, you are wrong. On me, at first yes it is straight powdery which is kinda strong. But in a few minutes, you can smell the iris (which I think many people misunderstood it as 'powder') and a bit white floral and in the end there is sweet vanilla smell that made the perfume warmer. I tried to wear it in Indonesia, but sometimes it is just too strong for the warm season, so I prefer to use it during cold weather.
Since it was my only expensive perfume, I emptied it so long (I think about 3 years?). But, perfume is what I think such a memorable thing in my life. So, right now I have more than 20 perfumes and 200 vials in my collection, but I can't forget this one, so memorable.
