Once please to the sixth floor in Harrods
I still remember the moment when the heavy glass doors of Harrods closed behind me. Even in the entrance hall, the scent of fresh pastries from the Food Hall mingled with the faint hint of expensive perfumes floating somewhere between the shelves.

I took the gold-glimmering elevator up; each floor seemed to be its own realm. The third was filled with designer handbags, the fourth smelled of fine leather. But my destination was the sixth floor: Xerjoff.

As the doors opened, the atmosphere changed immediately. It was quieter here, more subdued, like a private club for fragrance lovers. Velvet curtains, golden mirrors, dim lighting, and at the very end, like a throne, the boutique of Xerjoff.

An advisor in a perfectly tailored suit handed me a crystal green bottle: Sixth Floor. “Exclusive to this place,” he said, almost conspiratorially.

The first spray was like a walk through a cool, sun-drenched garden; eucalyptus and zesty blood orange flashed as if opening a window to let in fresh air. Then, like a slow sinking into a velvet armchair, white flowers came forth abundantly but not intrusively. And finally, deep in the background, everything warmed into a blend of tobacco, chocolate, and amber as if Harrods itself were pouring you a secret, sweet whisky.

I stood there, the escalators softly rushing in the distance, and it became clear to me: This scent is not just a perfume. It is the sixth floor itself-the tranquility, the luxury, the hint that behind every door something undiscovered awaits.

When I stepped back onto the street, the London sky was gray and rainy. But in my mind, I was still up there, in the warm light of the sixth floor.
My conclusion:
This scent is for me like a perfect moment in London-rare, precious, and enveloped in a unique atmosphere. It combines the fresh elegance of zesty citrus notes and eucalyptus with a warm, sensual depth of tobacco, chocolate, and amber. What impresses me the most is the journey it takes on the skin: from the bright, invigorating opening to an almost mysterious, embracing base.

It does not wear like an everyday perfume but like a special event-something you don’t take off the shelf every day but consciously for moments you want to cherish. Yes, the price is high, perhaps even exaggerated, but the memory it evokes and the feeling it gives are hard to quantify. For me, it is less a fragrance and more a piece of Harrods that you take home.

Xerjoff's lost - forgotten and overlooked masterpiece! / I was blinded...
Hello everyone,

About 1 1/2 years ago, I was visiting a friend and we went through the nearly 80 samples he had, and among them was "Sixth Floor | XerJoff"... I was familiar with the name and its impressive appearance, so we smelled it, and my friend told me beforehand its price of around €635 (roughly) + current customs (since it's UK Harrods exclusive).

I smelled it once, twice, and that was it... - it turned out to be a real HUGE mistake, but this perspective only emerged recently, because at the beginning of February, I received a sample of "Sixth Floor | XerJoff" from a user here with an urgent request to test it...

I don't test fragrances just once or twice (just a side note), and yes, it was worth it - testing, and what I experienced was more than a slap in the face from Bud Spencer...!

In the top notes, we have a very authentic and high-quality combination of blood orange, ginger, and other citrus notes, and this top note lasts quite a long time (about 20 minutes).

When I read Jasmine - Sambac, I am the first to seek refuge, because I cannot tolerate this NOTE at all for health reasons; I get short of breath and am allergic. So, there are ONLY 2 options. Either it is purely synthetic, or it is not this specific variety at all.

Now we come to the heart and base notes of the fragrance and the magical part for me, a part that is truly a masterpiece, and I'll tell you why!

The citrus top notes, in conjunction with the heart note, create a soapy impression, and this stage lasts a little eternity; when we talk about time, let's say very smoothly from 4h to 5h, and in the base note, the next twist!

After 5h to 6h, it becomes majestic and pleasant (due to the amber), and then it gets crazy (!) out of nowhere comes a subtle chocolate note with a touch of light, delicate tobacco, so I did not see that coming. And we are not quite done (!), the fragrance develops differently on each person (possibly a matter of skin), and it always takes a different course for me - in terms of time!

Sometimes creamier, sometimes soapier, sometimes more citrusy, and sometimes the base note is more pronounced...

How one implements something like this - no idea,
but I find it very exciting ;) .

Let me put it this way,
if I see a leftover bottle (or if someone offers it to me)
and I could get it for a fair price, I would very
likely not be averse.

If I were really not convinced, I wouldn't recommend it to you!
(You can test it, but buying a bottle... only if you have the necessary coins)

And now have a nice day/evening or whenever you read this review, best regards, Benny

Great scent, but unfortunately it can't join the collection...
Xerjoff Sixth Floor is certainly one of the rarest and most expensive Xerjoff fragrances available for purchase. Of course, I had certain expectations for something so exclusive, but I’m sure that’s the case for everyone testing Sixth Floor.

For me, Sixth Floor is a fresh, floral, and slightly sweet scent with a patchouli base. The top notes are clearly dominated by orange, bergamot, and ginger, with the sharpness of the ginger slightly taking the lead. After about 20-30 minutes, a green note emerges. It’s the same eucalyptus note found in Accento Overdose. I can’t really identify the floral notes, only a hint of tuberose comes to the forefront. After 3-4 hours, the base slowly reveals itself with patchouli, tobacco, and amber, where chocolate is supposed to be, I honestly can’t tell. The base gives Sixth Floor depth and character, significantly extending its longevity. I also recognized this tobacco and tuberose note in Xerjoff Decas; it’s likely that this was adopted from Sixth Floor. Xerjoff, as you may have noticed, often builds their creations on a familiar base.

I really like Sixth Floor, but unfortunately, after 3 tests, it hasn’t quite reached the status of “I like it very much.”

The longevity is very good at around 10 hours. However, the sillage is already under an arm’s length after about 3 hours and is quite close to the skin after over 6 hours. This is rather atypical and weak for a Xerjoff fragrance, but the sillage is still in a solid range.

Now it’s time to address the title: The scent is truly great, and there’s no debate about that for me, and of course, the bottle is a real eye-catcher, but all of this simply isn’t enough for me to go through a huge effort to acquire this fragrance. Unfortunately, Harrods does not ship this to Germany. To be honest, I’m also not willing to pay over €700 for 50 ml of a fragrance with customs, etc. This crosses a line for me. If Sixth Floor were priced in the range of 17/17 or Shooting Stars, I would certainly have purchased a bottle. I would even have spent up to €350 for Sixth Floor, which is already quite a lot.

I find the title of the description on the Harrods homepage somewhat inappropriate, arrogant, and giving a strange impression: “A wonderfully exclusive gift, perfect for the person who has already everything.”

Does this imply that I only need this fragrance if I have reached boundless wealth, or that my friends think, “That guy already has everything,” or, exaggeratedly speaking, that one only buys something like this to stand out because they already own the “cheap stuff” like Roja, Tiziana Terenzi, Creed, etc.?

Lemon + Ginger...round and boring
Lemon + a little ginger and later a bit sweet round, but unfortunately nothing new and wild, rather totally boring. For me, it is a nice scent, but it would be a "Nice To Have" scent if I were a lemon lover.
At first, very strong lemon, rather piercing and intense. It starts off totally one-sided in this direction and later becomes a bit rounder and sweeter. Still, 90% of the scent is dominated by lemon and nothing else gets through. After about 1 hour, I also perceive orange, patchouli, and chocolate, but just a hint of them.
For me, it's rather a boring scent that has been on the market for 20 years. By the way, 1 day later and having met many people, I received no compliments ;) What a pity.
H+S very strong!

The Best!
Smelled it at Harrods, bought it at Harrods. Finished it, and even flew back just to buy it a second time...

Unfortunately, it doesn't do my wallet any favors with its £650 for 50ml. I love it and don't want to miss it!
Hopefully one day it won't be exclusive anymore, so everyone can enjoy it. Absolute 10/10 fragrance. The strong ginger with the beautiful eucalyptus in the opening is genius. The freshness, which remains citrusy, is permanently present. The ginger is perceptible the whole time and remains the main story of the fragrance. Gradually, the chocolate/patchouli/tobacco blend comes through more in the drydown, and it's mystical and delicious. Absolute recommendation (aside from the price!)...

Flower bouquet with high beams and constant honking.

Unfortunately awesome. Starts fruity, then floral notes quickly come in. The drydown is a genius mix of tobacco and chocolate. The price makes me want to cry.
