Enchanting Palace
The palaces of Esfahan could be scented like this: smooth ylang ylang, a bit of vanilla and top note citrus fruits that melt into a creamy butter. Comparing to the old version, the 2008 scent is just a bit different, but in a good way. The old version is sharper and has a musty base note that perfumes from that era sometimes had. The new version is just so much smoother and better blended. A stunning display piece. Overall a winner.
