A treasure
Where to start with this wonder?
Whenever I lay my eyes on the box with the characteristic blue/black/silver colours I get goosebumps. That is how good this perfume is. I have the EdT and I use it quite often, because I know I can still buy it, event though I know it is the new edition from 2003. But this… the parfum. No longer available and therefore a fragrance I treasure. I only use it on really special occasions.
Last time I wore it, was at my father’s 80th birthday. I am amazed every time how unique and perfect the mix of notes is for me. Longevity is also immense. That is why it is so great for parties – it lasts the whole night through. I get compliments, when I wear it. It sneaks up on people and seduces them. You cannot resist Rive Gauche Parfum.
My dream is to own a Rive Gauche EdT from the 70s.
