Yes, the YSL L'Homme range is extremely beautiful and unfortunately goes completely under the radar.

The fragrance starts with a lot of power with bergamot wrapped in very nice woody scents and a minimal lavender. Don't worry people who don't like lavender, this lavender smells super pleasant. In the course of the fragrance the power runs out a little, but the sweet woody scent still remains a nice calm companion.

Sillage and longevity are okay but not intoxicating, but for me it is one of the best fragrances for a quiet evening on the couch with candlelight and a series. Believe me, your partner can't help but snuggle up to you and then you can also enjoy this enchanting fragrance as a couple.

Dad, you smell nice!

It happened on a Monday morning in November, when I was getting myself and the kids ready for school. I was standing in the bathroom thinking about which fragrance I would like to wear today and remembered a sample I had received from YVSL together with Babycat (a gift to my wonderful wife). A spray left and right and a spray on the back of my neck and et voila I was ready to go. The kids and their school luggage were ready to go and my wife said goodbye to me with a "Hey, you've got a great scent on you" and off we went on our first trip to my daughter's school. The scent of YVSL L'homme had not escaped my daughter's notice either, who complimented me several times from the back seat during the car journey: "Dad, you smell really nice!" I had to smile and thanked her well ;-) "Well," I replied, "do you really like the scent?" "But yes, Dad, the perfume smells really good." Confirmed like this, the day could only be good. I dropped my daughter off and took Junior to his school for the second time and he was also impressed and said: "Dad, the scent is really very pleasant and smells great. Good noses, the two offspring! About the fragrance:
L'homme is a very successful all-rounder that you can wear very well now in fall/winter for almost any occasion. It is a fragrance that does not offend with its well-balanced fragrance composition and pleases everyone I have at least met. The fruity start of bitter orange can be clearly smelled and gives the fragrance its signature, which is then accompanied by woody nuances and what I find to be a slight sweetness. The lavender is well embedded and never overpowering. All in all, a well-rounded overall package and a "cozy" flanker that YVSL has brought to the market in 2022. The sillage is good to very good at the beginning, but the longevity is rather mediocre for an eau de parfum, so I would like to see a little more performance. For me, this is a fragrance that will be added to my collection this year.

It smells delicious

When I first sprayed this on it blew me away. I got hit with that beautiful orange and cognac. I tried a ton of different fragrances that day and this smelled like nothing I tried before. It was an instant buy for me. Sweet but masculine and sexy. It’s got really good longevity and sillage but not overwhelming. I couldn’t love this scent more.
