Heavenly
This scent flies completely under the radar. Truly wonderful what Gulf Orchid delivers here.
A buttery soft, creamy-spicy fragrance that remains gently fruity even in the drydown. A very subtle sweetness is complemented by a hint of smoke.
The whole thing is enveloped by a tobacco note that I can hardly describe. It is definitely not strongly pronounced, rather subtle and very well nuanced. The tobacco note somewhat resembles pipe tobacco with a very minimal chocolatey quality.
That the smoke made it into the fragrance description honestly surprises me. I perceive Sweet Heaven Tobacco as less smoky-spicy and much more creamy-spicy...in a wonderfully unobtrusive way.
The fragrance is well suited for autumn and winter, but can also be worn on a mild summer evening - though more so for special occasions.
Sweet Heaven Tobacco is not an overpowering scent. But those who wear such a fragrance do not want to be announced by their perfume - no, they want to be discovered.
The longevity is decent; after about 2.5 hours it becomes close to the skin, and after 8 hours it starts to fade.
The bottle is top-notch. The sprayer could use a bit more output, but that's manageable.
The price/quality ratio is excellent. The scent smells five times as expensive. For currently €35, Sweet Heaven Tobacco is, in my opinion, even a candidate for a blind buy.
