It is not worth it

This was my first ever scent.
It smells fresh, clean, and low-key cheap. If you prefer these kinds of perfumes, this might be something for you.
I recently gave it another try and had to literally wash it off because it made me feel nauseous. Unfortunately, it lasts pretty long.
For me, it was a waste of money. I will not empty the bottle or ever recommend it.

Today I had a check-up appointment at the dentist.

Actually a trivial matter for the strong-willed - but the atmosphere in those rooms already makes my pulse race.

And then the indescribable noise in my mouth - it takes my breath away.
But the doc found no flaws - and I could breathe freely again.

Fortunately, there is a DM across from the practice - a place to unwind.

While I was browsing, I discovered Karl's Pecher, sniffed it, and was moderately impressed.
A gentle breeze wafted towards me - not unpleasant, but also quite unremarkable.

I continued to look around the shelves when gradually a soft peach crept up on me.
The scent had only taken a run-up - and now it also brought along a juicy pear.
An aromatic tea note formed on my skin - and a pleasantly transparent fragrance came together.

I had been too hasty with my dismissive judgment.
But a nice little comforter after the stress.

I returned, ready to buy, to the fragrances - but only the tester was left.
Punishment must be served.

Boredom in a Bottle

Just because of the beautiful bottle, I would have liked to give a better rating.
But Lagerfeld's new fragrance is almost the most boring thing I have ever smelled.
Floral-fresh with a hint of fruitiness. That's it.

No depth, no scent development, zero recognizability.
Lovelessly thrown-together notes, hardly definable.
The longevity is fine and the sillage is weak.
Very youthful scent, more for teenagers who are still unsure about their fragrance preferences.
Regarding this age group, you can't go wrong with Lagerfeld's Fleur de Peche as a gift.
Yes, it's quite nice, but it simply says nothing. It's enough for a visit to the bakery.
