Van Extasyx is a true vanilla fireworks display that stands out from other vanilla fragrances. From the very first spray, the many different varieties of vanilla greet you. Bourbon, Tahiti, Madagascar, and black vanilla intertwine into a warm, almost liqueur-like sweetness. The vanilla here is not clumsy, but complex and versatile. Sometimes it is creamy, sometimes spicy, and at times almost resinous. At the heart, the caramel introduces a delicious sweetness that is elegantly brightened by white flowers. The flowers give the fragrance a certain lightness and prevent it from becoming too sweet. The tonka bean adds warmth and beautifully rounds everything off, as it often does. I can hardly detect any oud here. Van Extasyx is not just another vanilla fragrance. It is a journey through the countless faces of vanilla.
