A Song of Flowers and Honey
When I read the fragrance notes, I knew right away: I have to smell this! The name “Melos” is ancient Greek and means something like “song” or “melody.” The question remains… An evergreen or a one-hit wonder?!

The perfume opens with a distinctly noticeable honey note and rose scent. A bit sweet, a bit gourmand, a bit floral. Patchouli gives it depth, but in a way that is pleasant to my nose.

The longevity on my skin is about 7-8 hours, and the sillage is also very good. I perceive neither sweat odor nor an overly earthy tone here. Presumably, my skin carries it very well. With a simple yet very beautiful bottle, it looks very appealing on the perfume shelf and is especially inviting to wear in spring/summer.

Conclusion:
I understand that it may not have only fans among fragrance enthusiasts. On me and my skin, it performs excellently. In the end, honey remains with a hint of patchouli, and I love it!

Grandmother's Rose Soap
I have been a Pafory member for some time now and immediately put this fragrance on my calendar as soon as Pafory advertised the new "Melos." The scent notes sounded very interesting, very special!
When the fragrance arrived, it was immediately sprayed on a test strip. My first impression was "Oh dear, what is that? Sweat smell?!" I then placed the test strip in the office, where the scent quickly spread. The two sprays were quite potent.

I disposed of the strip fairly quickly, as the smell was hardly bearable for me. However, not wanting to give up right away, I sprayed the fragrance on my skin a few days later.
In the opening, I still found the scent strange, but it was no longer as unpleasant, and that didn’t last long. I hardly detected any fruit, and there was no hazelnut at all. I would describe the scent on me as a piece of rose soap, perhaps with a hint of honey for sweetness and a few minimal saffron threads (more warming, not piercing like BR540).

There’s something about this fragrance... Perhaps that nostalgic, comforting quality that reminds me of grandmother's bathroom? I think I actually like the scent itself, but I wouldn’t want to smell like this. However, it is definitely an interesting fragrance and something different/special that, in my opinion, does not deserve the negative reviews.

A VERY strong rose and honey scent, not for me, but it's well-done, so if you like this combo, try it

Cooling rose tea in a desert oasis. Milk is more creamy than lactonic, honey lightly sweet instead of sticky. More delicate than expected.

Berries on gentle roses - deep, slightly sweet honey is contrasted by saffron, baked apple, and subtle hazelnut. Milk perfectly dosed.

The decline of the brand continues cheerfully. Artificial flowers, musty-nutty notes, sweet honey mush, and earthy patchouli on top.

I get honeycomb with a bit of rose, so it's rather moderately sweet. Overall very rich and heavy but totally beautiful. I find the combination successful.

This is a highly ambivalent scent. You either love it or hate it.
This fragrance clings to you like wax.

I've never smelled a fragrance DNA like this. Rose, honey, and hazelnut are the main players. Unisex, wearable all year round. I'm thrilled.

No sweetness for me at all! Smells like dried rose petals, green patchouli, and warm honey!

Sunday morning,
sunlight streams through the window,
coffee steaming,
on the toast, peanut butter and rose jelly blend.
Honey sweetness melts away.

I can pick out some rose, honey, and nut. Absolutely nothing special. Pernoire used to be really great, but nothing compares now.
