I've been searching for the perfect antiseptic, sterile, hospital-y fragrance for a long time now, and Spinal Fluid On The Walls is the best I've found so far. In more detail, it smells like a cadaver in a sterile, but damp and humid, pathology lab. The sweet florals combined with the synthetic plastic evoke the same feeling that smelling formaldehyde does, in that it's sickening and grotesque but oddly pleasant. The meat is what makes it smell more like a dead body, and what I imagine to be the battery acid, glue, and aldehydes brings in the sterility.

It's wearable... kind of. I considered it wearable myself until I realized it makes me terribly nauseous. If it doesn't nauseate you, then I think it's a fun but dark and unsettling twist on a classic synthetic-leaning fruity floral.

"Oh wow they're really pushing the limits!" "How disgusting can you get" Just Try it, its an artistic expression, a fragrance about AOT and betrayal, not made to be liked or complimented and yet its still very wearable.
