I have a dream fragrance, but I’m not sure it even exists. I’m looking for something with lavender, a hint of laundry (not for its cleanliness but for its warmth … think a hot iron I guess), and maybe a bit of incense (not super smoky but the earthy element). A few other notes: I love both masculine and feminine scents, and I’m also not super fond of vanilla or overly sweet fragrances. If anyone has any ideas, I’d love to hear them. Thank you so much!

@blueandcold that is an unusual combination!
Not sure if you've tried Parfumo's "Advanced Search" feature yet, but it's fun to play around with. I had to try a few variations ("Cotton" instead of "Linen" for your laundry-esque notes), but it did come up with these two fragrances. https://par.fm/EjuZj
Have you tried any "Indie" perfumers?
A very nice cheapy that you may like is Blue Grass (1989)
I almost could smell it when reading what you describe as your dream-scent
Shade Perfume has a medicinal lavender opening and settles into a dry wood, resinous scent. It has an incensy quality, but in a steamy, sauna-like way - like hot air carrying the scent of wood and resin.
Oh and a bit more 'dearing' maybe, but lovely is Jicky Eau de Parfum It does contain vanilla but I tested it and, as in all Guerlains, the vanilla (as in Guerlinade) is lovely while I can't stand it in other perfumes.
For lavender and ironed laundry try Gris clair... (2019) and
Telegrama .
Check out Pour Un Homme de Caron (2022) Parfum
That’s the fist and only perfume I’ve ever smelled that had a lavender note and really did smell like lavender. And it has vanilla too.
I love lavender in my fragrances, from your description i would suggest :
Lethe, lavender, creamy and woody, the vanilla is not really present which is how i prefer it
Today i wore Howl , this is a dense and conforting lavender/cinnamon/ambery fragrance, i was pleasantly surprised with this one
And i'm waiting on a decant of Diurno and might suit you too, i will come back once i tried it !

MorganleFay
Is Encens et lavande too obvious a suggestion? To be fair, it's been a decade plus since I have tried it and I can't recall a hot iron sizzling note (very evocative description, by the way, I can see how it would make a nice fragrance)
Sartorial is everything you just described @blueandcold
You would probably enjoy fragrances by the house of Clean! For example Ultimate Beach Day,
Ultimate Beach Night,
Fresh Laundry Eau de Toilette and
Fresh Laundry & Lavender Eau Fraîche.
