Best thing you’ve smelled so far?

After thinking about it long and hard, I just think Tragedy is the perfect scent. That said, Coven might be a close second!

How about all of you?

It has to be the vintages (the older, the better): Shalimar Extrait, Zibeline (1927) Parfum, Tabac Blond (1919) Parfum, Vol de Nuit Extrait. Every drop feels like a whole universe, with so many nuances. The tragic thing is that the very old Vol de Nuit with the paper sticker on the bottom smelled like it was only distantly related to the new formulations, which are fresh, transparent, and completely lacking in character.

Although the vintage fragrances were the best I’ve ever smelled, I admire them like art, not something I could wear every day. And then I also love just pure, natural, real sandalwood oil (dissolved in neutral oil), very simple.

It definitely is Infusion d'Iris (2015) Eau de Parfum I find it so, so gorgeous!!
