Amazed at laziness of this fragrance

Heavy cloying headache inducing cypress on opening, didn't get any citruses. Tried it three times, but I just can't get myself to like it. Around 3 hours into it still cypress, but it slowly evolves into DG Light Blue Eau Intense Pour Homme. Very linear fragrance. In my opinion lazy copy of Megamare. For me no go, and I LOVE Megamare, which I own.

Nuclear Freshie

In any forum you will find countless requests for a long-lasting freshie. Well, here it is. This is the most beastly fresh, aquatic fragrance. I believe it's stronger than Lorenzo's Black Sea, if you can believe that. I'm not a huge fan of aquatic fragrances, or freshies on general if you want me to be honest, but if I was, I'd likely snatch this one up.

Coming back from the beach

I absolutely loved trying this perfume on. When I got into the perfumery I immediately noticed the bottle as its blue on the cap is pretty distinctive from the others from the brand. On paper just as on skin, the first thing that struck me was a strong peppery smell. After checking the notes, I was surprised to see citruses as to me the pepper really takes over, but as a lover of this note as well as citruses, I wasn't surprised that it was love at first smell.
To describe this perfume, I would say it reminds me of coming back from the beach with seaweed stuck on my skin and the wind blowing quite strongly. It is quite fresh and you really get that ocean vibe that reminds me of Britany. In my opinion, the oakmoss brings an earthiness that adds to this coastal vibe. The sillage of this perfume also helps: you can smell it on you constantly and feel surrounded by the sea.
Anyway, a big yes for me, and although I feel like for most it would be a masculine perfume I am considering buying it!

These new marines are like being a dolphin at seaworld…

Wearing for the first time and already I’m at the box casting my thoughts.
Immediately thought while still wet on my wrists “hmm, isola blu & Every Storm a Serenade”.
This I would say is the goldilock between the two( Isola blu feels too femme for me & EVAS leans a tad too far into a rubber tree orchard) bringing Isola sans femme & EVAS sans gruffy facets. If you’ve sampled any “lemon+ marine” notes from pop up niche houses like blackcliff or Contes de Parfums then your nose will be all too familiar with this direction. The bottle looks great and considering the price point among the featured contemporaries I’d say this is what to expect with modern marines for the foreseeable future. Tbh I would pick one from this plateau then stay with issey miyakes and whatnot. That level has more variety imo

I dream by the Atlantic...

... and I see myself emerging from the sea like Jason Momoa, with some seaweed hanging on me and a fish caught in my mouth. It smells of sea salt and fish. I open my eyes and realize that I am just sitting in the bathtub and do not have Aquaman's physique at all. I get out and stand in front of the mirror, yes, that time is over.

Upon applying this fragrance, the first thing that hits the nose is citrusy peppery notes. Soon, maritime, salty, and slightly fishy spicy accords blend in. To this, there are also woody and mossy accents, while the ambergris gives the scent a slightly powdery quality and adds a masculine animalistic twist. This perfume slightly reminds one of Megamare. Nevertheless, Silvia Martinelli has created a distinctive fragrance.

The longevity and sillage are good.

Here we have an aquatic unisex fragrance that, with all due love, I actually only see on guys. And I intentionally write guys because this scent requires some serious cojones. This is a fragrance for men from around 25 years old. I do not see this scent for women and younger gentlemen. However, that shouldn't mean they shouldn't try it. It is a lovely fragrance for warm and hot days. It is an all-rounder that can be worn both during the day and in the evening. One must be aware that this fragrance stands out and can also be a bit provocative.

If you enjoy an aquatic fresh spicy salty masculine animalistic scent, you are in the right place. For a niche house, the prices are good and not inflated.
