Love it

It’s starting to get hot in Dubai, so I thought this fragrance would be a nice addition to my collection. I really love it. It’s very fruity and fresh. I love mango, so I appreciate the mango note in this one; it’s beautiful. I can also smell the pineapple. It has a lot of Ambroxan.
It's not a blind buy though, so you have to get it a try. A decant would be best to try it for a while before making the purchase.

Yummy smell but very similar to cheaper

Able to sample this today and it is really nice, fruity, not too sweet, and with an ambroxen vanilla radiant base. However, to my nose it is very similar to Donna Born in Roma’s new flanker Extradose. I think it is the fruity plus rum plus vanilla. And I can find Extradose for about half the cost. In the end, I don’t feel I need either perfume because I have the OG Donna Born in Roma which is close enough.

Somehow disappointingly "normal"

The fragrance reminds me of some other fragrances with mango, e.g. Valhalla by Paradis des Sens or Loewe Paula's Ibiza Cosmic. If you are looking for a similar photorealistic mango note as in Xerjoff Cruz del Sur 2, you are looking at the wrong fragrance profile. Here, the mango smells like it does in most perfumes. I also find that the fragrance profile has a sharpness to it (perhaps from the sandalwood or ambroxan?) - creamy or rounded would not be the right description here, in my opinion. I would describe the fragrance as rather sharp, fruity-woody. It's certainly a good fragrance for those who like this scent profile, just not what I was expecting.

A dream for her, too feminine for me

I tested Carioca Heart out of curiosity - the note list sounded like a vacation: mango, pineapple, lemon, a little rum, creamy base. Thought it might be a fruity, tropical vibe with depth. But wow ... right from the first spray, really sweet, really juicy, really feminine.

The pineapple-mango combination hits you immediately, with a creamy undertone, a little floral, and then vanilla comes in later. The sweetness lingers for a long time, and at some point it just gets too sticky for me. Even the rum, which could have been exciting, gets a little lost in the fruit and vanilla cocktail. Unfortunately nothing for me, too playful, too fruity, and too bundled.

But on my girlfriend? Absolutely next level. The fragrance develops beautifully on her skin, becomes softer, rounder, but remains radiant. And ey, she loves it. Says herself: "This is 100% me in summer." I believe her. And every time she wears it, I still turn around, even though I couldn't wear it myself.

Kind of like a tropical dessert cocktail, fun, loud, sweet, fruity. Too feminine for me, but on the right person? Really strong. My girlfriend adopted it immediately, but I prefer to stick to my Freshies.
