Essential Parfums is a niche label that was founded in Paris in 2018 with an unusual concept. From the outset, the creation of fragrances was to take place without any guidelines, constraints, boundaries, or restrictions. The highly qualified perfumers had and still have complete freedom in their work. This has a significant influence on creativity at Essential Parfums. “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” is the label's credo.
The company has already created various fragrances, each perfume being created by a different perfumer. Divine Vanille, for example, has a fruity vanilla aroma and was created under the direction of Olivier Pescheux. Grapefruit and woods dominate in Bois Impérial by Quentin Bisch, while the aroma of Orange X Santal by Natalie Gracia-Cetto consists of Australian sandalwood and bitter orange. Red ginger, Provençal lavender, and woods form the basis of The Musc by Calice Becker, and the very popular Nice Bergamote by Antonine Maisondieu combines tonka bean, cedarwood, rose petals, and, of course, bergamot.
Essential Parfums has also broken new ground in other areas from day one. The individual ingredients are sourced from all over the world and are very exclusive and, where possible, sustainably grown. The simple bottles allow a more conscious focus on the contents and are packaged in recyclable materials. In addition, Essential Parfums offers its customers very moderate prices despite the exquisite quality and high development costs. This is only possible because the label does without classic advertising and any middlemen. Word of mouth is completely sufficient for the niche label Essential Parfums.
