Medicinal Rose (and cherry is not a note, but that's what I'm getting)
Whoever wrote the statement below me did a poor job explaining this one. So I had to buy it and do better just to help out anyone who comes across this post looking to know if Fever is worth it...
Off the bat, I get the rose- but not the beautiful rose you get from Red Fever, Atomic Rose, or Infini Rose (the dupe of Atomic Rose)- this is a medicinal rose that smells more like it belongs in the Argos lineup as opposed to the ATH lineup- and to me that's not necessarily a good thing. It's a more mature scent that is not meant for the younger crowd or for someone going out for the night- this one is more for the mature person (probably more for the older woman on a date in the fall or winter, but men can wear this also).
Once it dries down, it gets better however, and it changes from a 6 to a 7. Once the medicinal vibe goes away, a sweeter and juicier rose is left, and it reminds me of fruit punch actually. Fruit punch with cherry medicine in it that your mom used to make you drink when you were a kid (I guess the medicinal notes never fully leave this one).
Keep in mind this review is being written in the summer. Maybe in the winter I'll revisit this one if I haven't sold it or traded it by then. It's definitely meant for the colder months, and definitely for someone with a mature and classic taste. Hope this helps.
