blown away

Mysterious, seductive 100% oriental fragrance with fiery start and sweet woody finish. Rose in here is very dark. Darker than Amouages Lyric which is my golden standard for this type of rose. I am blow away. Rose, vanilla and oud that is finally done right. Portrait of a Lady feels like diluted cologne when sprayed next to this baby. If you value performance and natural ingredients, Luna is a must-try

Amazing scent

I’m quite new to ATH scents, having previously only owned Boss Bastard and Onyx. When I saw the notes on Luna I was a little worried it may be similar to Onyx due to it having 8% Thai Oud. The oud and rose in Onyx is very strong, and I didn’t know if this was going to be the same

I should never have worried! Luna opens with the rose, lemon and oud but in a much softer way than Onyx. Ten minutes in and the peach and vanilla kick in, and suddenly it’s transformed, into a most beautiful gourmand. It has a hint of Tom Ford’s lavender extreme to it, but this is no imitation! The coconut is there in the back ground, and the musk also comes through as the dry down kicks in. In my opinion this is the best of Aaron’s three scents I have tried so far, silage is good, not as beast mode as Onyx, but this is no shrinking violet. The scent leaves a beautiful trail behind you and longevity on me was about 5/6 hours.
Will need to wear this one a bit more to get a more rounded opinion, but on first wearing, it’s a yes from me!

A beautiful, nutty-spicy fragrance

The "Luna (2021) | Aaron Terence Hughes" is a really beautiful unisex fragrance with a brute performance. The longevity on my skin is more than 24 hours with a really strong sillage.

I don't recognize the top note indicated in the fragrance pyramid. It smells quite creamy, gourmand, nutty and sweet with notes of coconut, almond milk, tonka beans and bourbon vanilla. The heart note offers a combination of oriental-spicy and floral notes of cloves, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, rose water, ylang-ylang, tuberose and jasmine blossom. The base smells woody and balsamic of amber, sandalwood, musk, benzoin and oud.

I was not able to recognize fruity aromas in "Luna (2021) | Aaron Terence Hughes" but it is still a wonderful perfume. Many thanks to Nick for the many bottlings.
