Creamy smoothness
Starring is a scent from 1997. Had I not known, I would have thought it to a 50s’ scent from the way the bottle looks. I would have thought it to be a 70s’ scent from the way it smells. So is it timeless? Well, it is good, in my opinion. I am happy to have a 50ml bottle.
It starts out creamy/flowery. Peony, orchid and vanilla are the first three notes I detect. Then, after being warmed up on the skin, the amber and the sandalwood takes the scent to a far more exotic place. In the end it is all vanilla. The scent is so delicate all through the hours. It changes but keeps both the smoothness and the strength.
This is an Avon scent I think everyone should try. It proves the claim of quality that this brand has.
