Fresh Kick
Today at the vet. Bonzolein needed his vaccination.
In the waiting room, we were in highly pleasant company, consisting of cute guinea pigs, adorable kittens, and loyal little dogs.
Waiting there is usually much more entertaining than at the human doctor.
The animals ease the contact and you start chatting.
But today, I felt a bit off.
My circulation dropped to my feet and I rummaged through my bag for a remedy.
That's when I came across Saphir.
Quickly into the hallway, and I took a spray.
And lo and behold, my spirits were revived.
Bergamot and lime were very invigorating - a real fresh kick.
The aquatic notes cooled my forehead.
The water lily gave me clarity again.
I took a seat among the other pet owners and was once again in control of my senses.
Bonzo looked at me wide-eyed, but seemed reassured.
A light and lovely hint of vanilla wafted around me, just enough to cheer me up without disturbing the others.
What a stroke of luck that I had thrown Saphir into my bag at some point without giving it much thought.
Saphir is a nice refresher, without notable sillage, but still well-suited for certain situations.
