What a scent! It polarizes!
But even for me, I was initially repelled; it develops into something increasingly animalistic in the first few minutes, almost fecal. Then there’s a brief phase of confusion where I feel disappointed and have to suppress the urge to wash it off.
However, after about 30 minutes, everything settles down, becoming dark, sensual, warm, with a hint of bittersweet chocolate.
I have the image of a glossy black panther in my mind, moving gracefully towards me, yellow eyes fixed on me, not threatening, but very calm, composed, and inviting.
The creature exudes a warm wild scent, something musky, earthy, primal. And very elegant, noble. I am fascinated! And yet there is distance. Don’t come too close, the eyes say, I am dangerous, even if I mean you no harm.
The cat circles around me, slowly stalking me from a safe distance, while I remain completely still. We keep our eyes on each other.
The scent continues to intensify, becoming sweeter, heavier; vanilla, almonds, sandalwood, yet still retaining that very intense initial smell. I can’t identify any flowers like jasmine or rose, although the direction of white florals is indeed correct.
The fragrance lingers for a long time, becoming softer, calmer; the wildcat lies down at a safe distance from me on the dark earth, merging with it as night falls.

This scent is truly a statement. It actually reminds me of the 80s; I imagine a woman with long black curly hair, striking, in the full bloom of her femininity. One who is a bit like a panther herself. It takes courage to wear this fragrance, and it’s not for everyday use. And it’s only for women. It’s a nighttime scent, a bit retro. Clear recommendation for testing.

I was amazed at how strong it is, just one spray and wow, it almost knocks you over, such fragrance intensity reminds me of the 80s/90s. They also delivered on their promises. I found the Elixir at 138 euros for 30 ml (there's a cheaper supplier online) to be very expensive, but I must say that with just a small spray it lasts incredibly well, even detectable on the skin the next day. It has a very dark and sensual, slightly bitter (cocoa?) scent. The pairing of jasmine absolute and rose absolute is a fragrance bomb. One should definitely wait before stepping into normal life, it is very intensely beautiful and interestingly intense. The sugared almond with vanilla doesn't have much chance of coming through, it's only very faintly perceptible. The bottle is a beautiful "gem" that gently rests in the fine box. It's a pleasure to unpack this. And the little nice black ribbon looks so fine and proper, but it is not, it’s a tiger on two legs. It attacks, strikes, and leaves you incapacitated. No chance of escape - but do you want that? No, I don't think so. It is limited, so ladies, be quick and secure this treasure, it belongs in a good collection. For the respectable brand Burberry, it is an almost daring and unusual fragrance, it has something elegant but dark, carrying its secret with it. I like it very much, not for every day and certainly more suited for a cold and dark season, you don’t wear black pearls every day either. I am delighted with this little special treasure.
