Disgusting sweet

I rate this niche perfume by "Perla von Farmacia SS. Annunziata" wiht 10 % only because I consider ist as to expensive: 77 € per 100 ml. And I'm pondering about the customers who are ment to buy it.
But the smell is disturbing even my thoughts, it's causing heartburn.
What do I smell? First there is the smell of very sweet lemon drops. Some minutes I am expecting a developement in direction of an extremly creamy cologne. But instead only the sweetness is extremely increasing more and more. So at least "Perla" smelling and really tasting on my tongue and mouth like those chocolates which are filled with very sweet and artificially lemon spiced cream, and which are causing toothache. One could use "Perla" to test where on the teeth are the caries spots.
Unisex? Yes for children, they might love it.
Longevity: To long, I can't stand it any longer and will wash it off immediatly
Sillage: To much with a tendency of causing sickness

MAOAM

When my mother returned from her relative visit in Germany, she had her suitcase full of strange and foreign gifts. Christmas stollen, domino stones, gingerbread, almond prints, and particularly coveted by me: MAOAM. The squeaky sweet chewy candy.

For a long time, because my mother usually flew in late autumn and returned just before Christmas, I thought MAOAM was something that was only eaten in Germany during Christmas. It ended up on the candy plates that were placed under the decorated Christmas tree. My siblings fought over chocolate and vanilla crescents, while I waited until there was space, grabbed most of the MAOAMs, and disappeared onto the small couch in my father's study.
Sweet, fruity aromas wafted from this little specialty, and I ate until I felt sick, imagining that at that moment - time difference didn’t exist in my little head back then - thousands of German children were doing the same as me.

Not long ago, I received a sample of Perla at the perfumery with my purchase. One spray later, I was in my Christmas heaven. Pure MAOAM hit me, sweetness, fruit, and even more sweetness. I indulged in memories. A splash of lemon, a hint of strawberry, and above all, that sticky sweetness. Alone with MAOAM.

No, I won’t buy this scent. I don’t want to smell like a MAOAM myself. But it’s nice to know that this scent exists.
