Shooting in the pastry shop
Actually a funny comment to "Sound of a Ricochet" had been planned for days as a newspaper report about a shooting in a pastry shop. Maybe a bit à la John Wick, just of course without bloodshed. The only victims were to be bags filled with vanilla and tonka beans that were stored in the confectionery, burst at the stray ricochets and olfactorily reflected the very scent of "Sound of a Ricochet" that eyewitnesses and nose witnesses would report. So this eau de parfum sniffs - like an oversized packet of baking powder with vanillin, just in good condition. The sandalwood smokes in the background. Beautifully balsamic, powdery, sweetish, soft with a light dash of high-proof and absolutely pleasant.
Given the current situation, that there was once again a real shooting with real victims (and such a shooting was guaranteed not only in the so-called land of unlimited possibilities), I would put this commi back in the poison cabinet and only publish the fragment of a draft. The name of the perfume was there to play with the theme, but unfortunately reality caught up with me again.
But that should not stop me from writing that "Sound of a Ricochet" is a great vanilla tonka bean scent that deserves more attention.
