Classy White Floral

A lovely combination of freesia and jasmine given depth and interest by mahogany and rosewood spiced with cassia, Sensi White notes is one classy white floral. Well done and discrete, it is everything White Linen should be for me but is not. Unfortunately, however, this Alberto Morillas creation for Armani is a mere blip on the cultural radar. I am left to mourn its passing and cherish what little I have left - so if you see it don't let it go! And if you want something similar try Bvlgari Femme.

The name fits! :)

Despite some very unpleasant experiences, even when I thought I would like the scent, I was recently overcome by a certain sense of experimentation before going to bed:
The sample was calling to me, and I thought that sniffing the fragrance would surely make my little bed seem even cozier.

And yay, I was lucky! :) Without having a concrete idea or knowing who the manufacturer is, the scent matched my projections perfectly.
It was pure, cozy, pleasant, unobtrusive, subtly sweet in the background, somehow empathetic - just "Sensi white." Rarely does a title fit so well with a perfume.
I couldn't pick out individual notes (perhaps jasmine?), but to be honest, I was much too busy snuggling into the blanket and enjoying it. Which certainly doesn't speak against the scent! :)

However, even though it was so lovely and I will surely repeat this experience someday, I'm not completely unhappy that the scent has been discontinued.
Therefore, ultimately "only" 80 percent.

Thanks to Lilau, I got to know and unfortunately also fell in love with this little treasure today. Why unfortunately??

The production of the fragrance has been discontinued, understand it who may, I certainly do not.

A perfect fragrance for me! Even the top note hints that White Notes comes across as bright. Bright in all variations, white, silver, gold, dazzling sunlight on a southern beach with light sand!

It radiates, sparkles, and warms like a wonderful sunbeam!

Spring is coming, and what more could I wish for than sunshine and such a sunny fragrance! Dazzling, bright, opalescent, shiny, blinding, shimmering…. all these synonyms come to mind for Sensi White Notes!

The top note shimmers like when you squint your eyes and strain to look at the sun, at the mercilessly blue sea horizon around Mediterranean midday in August!

The heart brings floral aromas of the most beautiful white flowers, a slight aquatic wave lets the sea be sensed again…

Warm woods let the dazzling bright day at the sea fade away, symbolizing a balmy Mediterranean night… unfolding on glowing, sensual skin… oh, I could rave about it, bathing in White Notes…. a delightful summer fragrance!!!!

Unfortunately.....

....another fragrance has been discontinued that I really like.
Anyone who knows and likes Sensi will surely embrace this one as well.
However, Sensi White Notes is lighter and more citrus-fresh, unfortunately also not as long-lasting.
But that's quite normal for an Eau Fraiche, so it's the perfect summer scent. What fascinates me about Sensi White Notes is its development.
For me, it starts off unfortunately very synthetic-citrusy, but that fades away after a few minutes. Fresh-spicy blackcurrants tumble in, and now it gets delicious.
Flowers are also present, but none push themselves to the forefront; they are simply there and fit perfectly. It never becomes sweet, which is often the case with fruity fragrances. No, it actually gets even better, woodier, and slightly smoky.
What I like about this fragrance is that it is light, yet still spicy and somehow sensual. It fits perfectly for all occasions, but still possesses a certain sophistication and you don't smell it on every corner.
It's a shame that such fragrances, which are simply amazing, are always being discontinued.
It will be difficult to find a suitable successor for Sensi White Notes. I doubt it.
In the end, I was glad to have snagged one, as you can't find it everywhere anymore.
