A different kind of neroli fragrance
Néroli Plein Sud actually surprised me in a positive way. I'm generally a neroli fan anyway, but there are some people who don't like neroli fragrances at all. I think that with this fragrance you might be able to convince one or two skeptics after all.
The name of the fragrance already reveals that they wanted to somehow manage to combine neroli with the flair of the south.
In my opinion, they have succeeded. What do you associate with fragrances from the south, or rather from the Arab world, for example? They are warming and, above all, often spicy and oriental.
In my opinion, Néroli Plein Sud has managed to combine the neroli note, which many find too unpleasantly pungent, with spicy notes in such a way that a completely different fragrance impression is created
The fragrance naturally starts with a small neroli bomb in the first second. This impression could be fake, so please leave it on the skin for a few seconds to take effect.
Now you notice that the neroli note is visited by spicy accords.
Some cinnamon, turmeric and clove ensure that the whole theme becomes very interesting.
I like this combination!
A slightly tart and fresh ginger note also plays a part. The spiciness becomes a little more intense over time and the neroli freshness a little milder.
Towards the end, this totally pleasing vetiver accord is added. I would even say it comes in a little earlier.
All in all, a fragrance that won me over because, as far as I know, I have never had this kind of neroli scent under my nose before.
I like it!
