Fruity, sweet and young

Very tasty, fruity and berry fragrance. It's not about the status of the person, it's not an expensive, status fragrance. It's about lightless of being and youth.

The main notes are currants and raspberries, a bit of freshness of lemon and bergamot and covered with cane of sugar. Very sweet. Of course, the summer and spring time!

Almaz is bemusing

Overall, I wouldn't call this a fruit forward scent- it is more of a citrus sweet. At first spray I get a tart, bitter blast, but then it turns slightly sweet. I can smell the bergamot, and black currant berry at the top, which then evolves into the sweeter raspberry/ light floral combo. The vanilla dry down is more up my alley, because I am a sweet gourmand girlie. I think I like this scent... I will see if this perfume grows on me more!

I believe this is a challenging scent for people, so definitely sample first!!! Also I recommend letting this perfume sit for a few weeks after buying, let it macerate.

A beautiful story about Diamons (Almaz)

What a delightful wear this one is.

Almaz manages to be fruity, sweet, tropical and playful, without being cloying, not even in the heat of summer.

The way the citrus play with the black currrant, raspberry and florals gives me a mango/peach impression with some apple touches.

Then comes a smooth buttery sweetness from the vanilla, heliotrope and brown sugar mix.

If this matters: so far (from the several wears I’ve had with a sample pior to the bottle) has never failed to get some: “Oooo someone here smells amazing”

Because yeah, this quickly fills the room for me (not an oversprayer)

Definitely worth checking out if you like tropical fruity scents.

Amazing drydown

Almaz has the same DNA as Erba Pura but upgrades on it with better construction and scent development. For me Erba Pura is overly sweety fruit cocktail with great longevity and projection but can be too sweet for the summer heat.

Almaz has the same longevity and projection, however the initial spray is less sweet and the fruit is more complex. As it develops the fruit recedes, while never going away, and fain whiffs of caramel/brown sugar can be detected. The scent particularly on the dry down is very sensual.

One of the best fruity fragrances

Fruity fragrances have been quite hyped in recent years. Not only among women, but the modern image of men also enjoys exotic fruity scents, which definitely fits the current times. Fragrances like Erba Pura and Kirke have certainly broken the ice, and you can find many scents that roughly go in that direction. These fragrances also receive some hate, but I love this exotic fragrance DNA with lots of fruit. However, there are indeed better fragrances that cater to this theme. One of these high-end fruity fragrances is Almaz by Kajal. A brand that is produced in Paris but seems to use Arabic roots or this concept. I couldn't really detect much oriental influence in the three tested fragrances Almaz, Dahab, and Lamar, but the quality is truly high and not excessively overpriced.

I purchased this Almaz. You can get 100ml for under €150 with a retail price of over €200. It’s completely worth it for this Almaz, as you get a fruit perfection in my opinion. The packaging is also great. Beautiful box with a sample of Lamar included. I think it’s fantastic when samples are included in the box. The bottle is extremely high-quality and pretty, especially the cap which is adorned with green-silver stones.
The scent is very fruity. Even though passion fruit is not present in the pyramid, you get a very exotic fruit smell, along with a bit of a clean grape sugar vibe. From the very beginning, you get this luxurious body lotion vibe that feels so well-groomed. This lovely blackcurrant is extremely present and simply heavenly. Raspberry fans will also get their money's worth, especially after 30 minutes. Even though there are many fruity fragrances, I couldn't name a very close twin. Those who like the fruit from Cassiopeia by Tiziana Terenzi will love this one. This Almaz is even a bit more exotic with a clean touch. Gentle florals also set in after 1-2 hours, but they lie more under the fruit. The base after 3-4 hours becomes a bit like Kirke and Erba Pura with lots of musk, but also pleasantly sweet with amber, tonka, and pleasant sugar. The sweetness from the base is already present early on and accompanies the fruits with a pleasant sweetness, but it feels more like grape sugar than cotton candy. Overall, for me, it’s a perfect fruity fragrance, and anyone who likes scents like Erba Pura should definitely test this one.
Performance is very good with over 10 hours of longevity and strong sillage for 5-7 hours. Even after that, it is still well perceivable.

For me, one of the best fruity fragrances. Should be tested, especially by ladies and gentlemen with a preference for sweet-fruity scents. For me, a clear 10 out of 10, as this fragrance simply creates a good feeling and makes you feel clean and well-groomed.
