Soft, warm, elegant rose
I have been eagerly awaiting this new flanker. I've owned it for a few days now and have tried it out extensively - and learned to love it!
First of all - I had spontaneously given it a 9 for the fragrance. I'm upping that to a 10. It will certainly be my most frequent fragrance in the coming months.
It's my favorite LVEB version!
It's between LVEB en rose and LVEB intensément, I would say.
Here is its progression:
It opens very fresh, slightly green, but above all modern-rosy. It lasts about 20 minutes on my skin.
After that, the typical LVEB DNA comes through, but less praline, for about 1 hour.
This is followed by a wonderful, soft, sweet and cloudy, slightly tart (raspberry?) musky fluff. This lasts up to 10 hours on me, but increasingly close to the body.
In general, it has moderate sillage. This lasts for about 2 hours, after which you have to get VERY close to really smell it. I find this totally pleasant, because I want to smell MYSELF, but not take in others. But you are allowed to smell me a little. :) Perfect for me!
What remains after 5 hours can be layered if you want something else for the evening - or topped up, because this fragrance always works!
Seasonally, it also always works, although I think I reach for "chubbier" fragrances in the fall.
It is more "binding" than the en rose, but less present and much more pleasing than the intensément.
The OG is much more praline and "special" than this one.
I would
a. preferably promote it everywhere so that it stays in the range for a long time, but
b. actually only have it for me!
I have a strong suspicion of Signature-Scent for me and look forward to opinions gathering here in the near future.
