Lattafa Confidential Platinum is a refreshing summer fragrance that begins with citrus notes and attractive aquatic notes on an aromatic base of very noticeable musk.

It has the same DNA as the famous fragrance Allure Homme Sport Chanel, But rather cheaply, Note: degree of similarity is 40%.

After the gym...

... after the sauna, I go under the shower. I still have to visit a buddy in the hospital who broke his leg while playing football. So I choose a fragrance that is not overwhelming but has a certain freshness. Well then, let's go for it.

When applying this fragrance, you first get citrus notes with the sharpness of pepper in your nose. Soon after, a slightly salty scent joins in through the marine notes. Woody and smoky accords mix in with these notes. There’s also a hint of light moss and resin. The musk gives this perfume a powdery quality, adding a masculine touch.

The longevity and sillage are good.

This is a timeless fragrance that can be worn by anyone from 14 to 100 and beyond. It is definitely a perfume that works very well on warm and hot days. For those who prefer to keep it subtle, this is also a good option. It makes a great impression from school to the office and into leisure time. In the evening, I notice this fragrance less. Women can also enjoy this one.

For those who like a fresh woody citrus scent, this is a great choice for a small price as an alternative to Allure Homme Sport by Coco Chanel.

Aquatic-Fruity Shaving Foam

After being really impressed by the golden twin from Confidential, I took the plunge and bought this one blind as well.

The Platinum is a true clean man’s scent, which initially smells very fresh and lemony, and over time develops a more masculine twist that can be well compared to the typical scent of shaving foam.

Personally, I also detect a subtle, underlying sweet/fruity note and woody elements that give the perfume a certain something and take away its dullness.

The Confidential Platinum definitely falls into the crowd-pleaser category, with which you won't step on anyone's toes.

On the other hand, it is also not an extravagant scent that reinvents the wheel.

Rather, it’s a perfume that allows for comparisons to other fragrances and reminds me personally of a mix of Chanel AHS, Invictus, and Mont Blanc Explorer.

The longevity is adequate, perceivable on clothing and skin for about 5-6 hours, but after about 3 hours, the sillage is noticeably weaker.

For the price, it’s still more than okay!
