I was impressed by this fragrance, impressed on how boring this fragrance is specially if you consider it was created by a master perfumer the likes of Francis Kurkdjian.

I haven't been impressed by any of the fragrances I've tried from MFK and this is perhaps the lowest point. To me Aqua Celestia is synthetic AF (synthetic is not necessarily a bad word), generic, forgettable, boring and uninspired. Is it bad? No, it's not bad, it smells fine but you're paying top dollars to smell just fine and generic so it's just not worth it.
Aqua Celestia is also leaning into feminine territory despite being marketed towards men (it's in the men's line) and it's fine, you can wear whatever you want but I for one like more manly scents.

Performance is good, not excellent so once again the price point is just too high for what you get.

And having no pretentions to art, he eschews the over ripe melon and goes for a soft focus l'Eau d'Issey; a bland, full bodied, citrus - fruity - mimosa - musk.

The fact that Roudnitska's masterpiece is now defunct should be the only reason to wear this, and your spondoolics would be better spent on a vintage Dior

The most appropriate way to smell of mojito whilst on the job. An icy glass of translucent green, with surprisingly solid endurance. This is one where the scent itself carries a temperature, and when I sprayed it on a winter day it almost got my skin to prickle. It’s sweetened in the opening with the blackcurrant – almost Sprite-y – but that fades thirty minutes in. This is what I wanted from ELDO’s You Or Someone Like You, which I found too watery and vegetal to evoke a mojito. When my bottle of Elorea Fire (a fresh leathery lime) runs out, I might replace with this. Note to my fellow fools: this is not the dilute version of the cologne forte. Totally separate notes.

Mental Snapshot: Sipping a cold, stiff glass in the hotel lobby of a subtropical city. Crushed ice, crushed mint, crushed lime. Their AC is cranked to polar. A restorative, cold plunge chill. A gentle slap to the cheek. A health bar blinking to full. Even if you were melting prior, you’re all shivers now. Would you look at that? Your battery is at 100%.

That's what I want to smell in midsummer!

By my test of the MFK brand this had to be tested of course also. After an early summary I have to say: The MFK fragrances are for the most part fully my thing and of the quality also very high-quality. Definitely there are some that would be worth buying. 1-2 will at least probably go into my collection. With this I do myself heavily, even if it is for me a completely clear 10.0er smell for me. Reason: I think this fragrance is definitely a bit better for ladies.

Aqua Celestia, the heavenly water, appeared in 2017. A glance at the fragrance pyramid reveals it: a concentrated load of freshness. Roughly speaking, it goes in a similarly pleasant direction as Aqua Universalis, which I also like very much. But I have to say: I like this one a bit better. Also here the scents are correctly divided, since there is no correct scent process. In the first place and in the foreground there are fresh lime & mint, which are good to smell. The lime, unbelievably summery fresh and spreads good mood. Also the peppermint is interesting here and harmonizes with the lime. Also this beautiful musk note fits here well. But with a note he drifts a bit into the female, perhaps the currant bud. You can sell it as unisex scent, but I would divide it about 65:35 into female. Nevertheless, there are considerably more male owners here. Everyone should decide according to his own taste.
An absolute feel-good fragrance and extremely likeable, never too much. It looks well-groomed, extremely clean and freshly showered, including the full care programme. He reminds me a little of Versace Versense, too. The DNA is a bit different, but the appearance and type of fragrance are similar. Great and full of my thing. Sexappeal is quite present, because it fits extremely well to summery outfits and looks really attractive.
Performance is decent... for a fresh fragrance. Of course it has with approx. 120 euro a 70ml a proud price, where one could possibly expect a little bit more. Approx.6 hours one perceives it quite well, afterwards only minimally discreetly. The Sillage is pleasant, could be a little better. Optimal for everyday life and leisure.

All in all a fragrance that I can totally recommend. If you are still looking for a clean scent and have a little money left over, you should try it out. Especially the ladies. But also gentlemen who don't look for a summer scent too harsh.

A wonderful fresh fragrance

As soon as I applied Aqua Celestia, a grin crossed my face. I immediately thought to myself: What a lovely fresh scent! To my amazement, it lasts over 12 hours on my skin and the sillage is also impressive.

The top note starts very fresh, clean, pure and reminds me a little of fabric softener. I can smell a hint of peppermint in the background. In the heart note, aquatic, subtly green and citrus aromas emerge. I recognize predominantly lime but also floral hints of mimosa and heliotrope. The base smells a little soapy and slightly sweet like musk.

Once again, you can see that a fragrance doesn't have to be too complex to be particularly beautiful. Once again, I would like to thank Nick for the many bottlings.
