Day Dreams

This among Intense Cafe and Sweet Oriental Dream these where my discoveries of Montale it was also my first niche fragrance house that I went head first into so I can be a bit sentimental about them.

As for Day Dreams I remember opening up the little treasure box and smelling it and falling in love, and well it because an inevitable signature scent for me as I quickly ordered a bigger bottle because a small 20ml wasn't going to last considering how much I loved it, to me Day Dreams is a happy scent and if I ever feel in a foul mood I tend to take it out of the box and smell it and feel like I'm somewhere else on a tropical island.

And one thing I love Montale fragrances is they are beasts in sillage and longevity, and this one will always have a special place in my heart and I will never not being buying back-up bottles of it.

Day Dream describes it already very well

We became aware of Montale through a YT channel. Enraptured by the flacons and the fragrance pyramids excited, we have ordered our first bottlings.
So we also came to our Day Dream sample.
The typical Montale DNA, which is a bit medicinal-synthetic, is less pronounced here than in others.
The opening reminds of an afternoon in the middle of a flower meadow in the summer, in the hand a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Now just hold your face in the warm sun and relax.
I love the scent of Tiare that comes out beautifully here as it goes on and surrounds you. But not too intrusive, it is despite the floral character a fragrance that men can also wear well. So maybe not lumberjacks, with Harley and beard to the knee:) But the classification as a unisex fragrance is for me despite the floral notes, but true.
Light vanilla in the finish yes, but coconut I really do not smell.
The durability and sillage are good but not as strong as other Montale fragrances.
The shelf life is around 7-8 hours, then he is also really only very skin perceptible.
