Honey neroli

This fits in that sweet spot between big white florals and neroli-petitgrain colognes. It kind of lacks the drama of most white floral compositions. On the other hand, it is much more full-bodied than the usual neroli colognes thanks to the intense concentration and, most of all, a sticky honey note.

So, no grande dramatic entrance. This is straight to the point. Honeyed neroli in full glory. A perfect balance between bitter and sweet. This quality juice does not degrade into a plain amber or white musk. This dries down into an absolutely delightful honey-blossom residu that lasts all day.

A fairly basic composition, executed flawlessly. Great for casual wear in mid-season and summer.

From the edge of the blossom we are drawn to the leaf. On the leaf the resting insects; together with dust and warmth we let them in. We also took the pulp of the graceful oranges, hidden beneath the shiny, pore-filled skin.
Then came the branches, together with the eyes of the next year's shoots and the damp vapors that lay on them. At our shy touch, fine bark juices stuck to the tips of our fingers. Our breathing was slow, heavy, labored and dazed. The air was filled with intersecting transparent surfaces in soft green, waxy white colors. It buzzed around us, the heat shimmered in the distance, the sun at the edge of our thoughts was full and huge. But we were cool in the shade and it calmed the serene longing of this plant. A longing for the people who have been and those who are yet to come in the long time that the roots silently record.
The lush elegance accompanies us wherever we let it go. A whole orange tree under the sleeves. Carefree weaving of a full memory.

A fragrance that gives me the impression that entire plantations and their climate have been distilled. A neroli-bitter orange fragrance that is not easy for me, but after a while is wonderfully rewarding.
