Take Speed Bumps With Caution ️

Alright, so late last year I rode over a speed bump near my house just a tad too fast thus causing my water pump to shift and leak. Gratefully my car was still under warranty and was able to get it replaced for free (hurray!!). Fast forward to today I spray 4 spritz’s of Halfeti Cedar on and leave out the door to my car. I had been careful over the past few months to be cautious of the speed bump near my house since the incident, but today I got distracted and once more went over the same speed bump a tad too fast. Surly I thought “yep, I’ve done it again.” But preceded to my destination anyway. On my way I was getting wafts of a sweet aroma that resembled maple syrup or a candied like treat; at this point I was sure I shifted the water pump yet again. I get to my destination and the person that greets me says “Wow, you smell like antifreeze.” I quickly sniffed the crease of my arm only to realize on the whole drive I was smelling Halfeti Cedar. The good news is my car wasn’t leaking antifreeze. #trueStory

Sexy Beast !!!

Wow , I did not expect this punch from the opening . When I first sprayed on my hand , its like Boom , like all listed notes were fighting each other to win the TOP , Great great opening . Mainly , Its a cedar based Fragrance but Its sweet , lt's little fruity and load of spices . Excellent projection & longevity , just 01 spray filled up the room . Its really a superb release from this Brand . Just one problem and its lack of versatility . Its strictly for winter and spring ( Under 20 degree temperature ) .

Classy and potent boozy-woody

Halfeti Cedar is one of the best mass-appealing boozy-woody scents in my opinion. It opens with a sharp rum note, and the strong woody cedar is apparent immediately as well. Smooth peach sweetness rounds the scent out and the spicy cardamom, saffron, and cinnamon provide lift. The basic spine is that of a fougere, but modified drastically by all the gourmand and oriental notes. Masculine yet sweet, super classy. The "Halfeti" accord comes in after the opening, but does not dominate such as in Cedar Malaki. The drydown gets more and more woody and syrupy with the fruity and boozy aspects slowly dying off, and lasts forever on skin. Works in casual or formal situations in colder weather, this one might choke someone out if it's too warm outside.

The search continues

I’m in search of that perfect smell of pencil shavings. In my understanding that would be Cedarwood. How could I go wrong with this fragrance, I thought by myself.
Well it might have quite a woody scent, it’s incredibly sweet and boozy. If you’ve ever smelled a glass of finished strong beer that’s been on the counter for a while, that’s what you’ll find in this bottle.
It’s nice, don’t get me wrong. But please don’t wear it to the office or at school because people will think you’re an alcoholic.

The Best of The Line

I ordered decants of the entire line. I had smelled Halfeti before but wanted more wears before I committed. With the decant order, I added H. Cedar to try as it was free shipping with the add on. Love Halfeti but Cedar blew me away. Off the cap, it’s nothing special and Halfeti is superior here. But, on my skin it sings…10-12hr longevity and well over 8hrs projection. I was complimented the first day I tried this. Without prompting a lady said “Someone smells like a cedar chest, but not dry. It’s really good. Is that you?” I confessed and told her the name and she wrote it down for a Christmas gift idea. This is Christmas with the sweet notes mixed with spicy and a very creamy cedar. I think it’s more versatile than what’s listed in other reviews. I would say office safe BUT be conservative with the sprays…2 and definitely no more than 3. Think classic gentlemanly scent turned up a notch with sweat creamy cedar. Absolutely classic! Perfect for Christmas get togethers and fall-Spring day/night. Works as a date night scent as well.
