Amber drenched white florals

Creamy white florals with a soapy, Aldehydic texture and freshness. Magnolia, Orange Blossom and Patchouli are most prominent to me with a golden sweet amber accord that melds everything together. Very unique, smooth and natural smelling.

Brings a Smile to Your Lips

Yesterday I wrote a review for Purple Rain by Olfactories, and today I'm focusing on Nue au Soleil, as the two are practically siblings. Just as Purple Rain bears a strong resemblance to Infusion d´Iris, Nue au Soleil relates to Infusion de Fleur d´Orange by Prada. However, I find Nue au Soleil to be significantly softer, rounder, and more harmonious (well, somehow the considerably higher price has to be justified ;-)).
While Infusion de Fleur d´Orange starts off a bit scratchy and generally has a greener and harsher vibe, Nue au Soleil is soft, gentle, delicate, and harmonious from the very beginning. Perhaps it's the musk, which is absent in Infusion de Fleur d´Orange, that makes me perceive Nue au Soleil as so tender and cuddly soft. There are no harsh notes here, and the scent remains linear until it fades. As soon as I get a whiff of Nue au Soleil, I feel transported to summer, envision a beach with white sand before me, and experience lightness and happiness. This may sound cheesy, but somehow this fragrance truly brings joy. I can't help but smile just thinking about it. It's now on my wish list!
