summery evening in the birch grove
The scents I have encountered from Shay & Blue always enchant me with their clarity.
The fragrance notes are clearly defined, they do not wander around, nor do they fray; they follow quite clear lines and thus do not tangle the senses.
This was already the case with my first fragrance experience "Framboise Noire," and fortunately, this experience is repeating itself.
There is nothing creamy, nothing powdery here; every note is clear, and so is the entire fragrance development: completely without frills and fuss.
"White Peaches" is a kind of "fragrance cocktail"; as if ripe white peaches were pureed to particularly highlight their summery aroma. A scent of fruity-summery promise emerges. It is also very elegant!
I turn elderberries into jam and liqueur; my friend from Reutlingen cooks elderberry syrup and bottles it in large jars.
The contents of one of these jars could have been well transformed into granita here.
In any case, the two fully aromatic fruit experiences are filled into cocktail glasses: first a layer of the wonderful peach puree, and on top, just as generously, the elderflower granita.
This approach is enticing now; the glasses are either topped up with mineral water - in the virtuous version - or with Prosecco or Champagne. Something fruity and clear, very sparkling, is created.
(The only thing I miss here is a sprig of mint as a crowning aroma to finish. But we are not supposed to drink "White Peaches," but rather surround ourselves with it.)
In the not-so-distant birch grove, wicker furniture has been set up; the chairs adorned with thick colorful cushions, small bowls with snacks are on the tables, and napkins are laid out.
And the small glass plates on which the now filled glasses are placed are already present. Each glass comes with a narrow drinking spoon.
From here, under the evening-scented, softly rustling canopy of leaves, the end of the day can be celebrated.
If the fruity magic of the day is still captured in the glasses, the colors begin to fade slowly between this light canopy of leaves. The bright dresses of the ladies start to become glowing spots in the twilight.
For this summery night twilight announces itself, the air becomes more balsamic, and "White Peaches" with the cool granita now receives the appropriate attention and becomes part of the "Blue Hour."
The call of a nightingale from the nearby underbrush completes this scene.
The brand "Shay & Blue" has succeeded here in creating a fruity summer fragrance that can do more than just accompany nicely during the day and dance romantically into the evening.
This fragrance blend offers a brief pause in the time between day and dream; perhaps indeed with a special fragrance cocktail that softly chirps and sparkles.
Vibrant and at the same time full of summer romance.
