Celery, very green

To my nose, this smells like celery. Which is quite a nice peppery green smell, its almost sharply fresh. This is what ELDO 'You or someone like you' wishes it smelled like (not cat p*ss lmao). A true vegetable garden vibe. My BF did not like this on me but I didn't mind it. Not strictly to my taste but I always enjoy an impressively realistic green smell.

Also I will add I'm not juvenile normally, (regarding the p*ss) I just saw the rule about no swearing in reviews which is a bit of a challenge for me but I will try and remember to at least censor :')

The Cowardly Dandy

When I read the coarse and vague "green notes" and then see it combined with "fig"... phew, I feared the worst knowing my taste and my nose. All the more wonderful that "Dandelion Fig" works completely for me. A summery-dry full surprise.

I don't know if the fig is only present in medicinal doses despite the name or if lemongrass, juniper plus (especially!) the "tomato bouquet" play together so interestingly, dominate, and overshadow everything. Either way: "Dandelion Fig" suits me very well. The perfect scent for a very warm early summer day. Neutral, herbal, noble, bitter. Zero sweetness. Zero stickiness. Just class. Like a white linen shirt. Like a cooling summer breeze. Like a dewy fresh spring morning in Brittany. Professional. Medical. Clean. But still inclined towards nature. Slight bookworm vibes. Slight fruit juice associations. But as I said, completely without sugar or zeitgeist. Great. I shouldn't have postponed it for so long just because of my aversion to figs...

Bottle: blue and interchangeable. Green would have been more fitting here.
Sillage: subtle and absolutely suitable for summer
Longevity: after 5 hours at the latest, a re-spraying is recommended

Conclusion: one of the few fig scents on the market that really suits me. Classic, shaving foam-like, masculine, green, and bitter. Completely fine and almost vetiver-like without using vetiver. Very nice. Very timeless. Very successful.

always good for surprises:
I haven't tested a fragrance from Shay & Blue that wasn't extraordinary, often humorous and surprising.
now dandelion fig

the fig comes swirling in a gust of rose petals. hardly has it faded, it becomes aromatic and green...
a slightly bitter note of juniper seems to come through and gives the green a foundation.
on the skin, a delicate garden scent develops. as if one had walked through the dew in the morning and still carried traces of leaves, herbs, and flowers.
and then a very faint smoke wafts over.

a woman can't smell fresher, more natural, and more interesting!!!
