Dança Mística Sol de Janeiro 2025

I didn't love it at first, but the more I smelled it on me, the more it grew on me! I truly think it's unisex, it has a bit of a masculine tinge, and that's why I love it. It smells like summer, and like the scent a masculine partner left on you; but also that it's your now. It's very clean, a little bit sweet and warm. It's perfect. :)

I love love this scent. it's got a creamy note I really like that, combined with everything else, almost gives it a coconut vibe (coconut is how my dad described it -- always interesting to see how someone who doesn't care about this stuff reads perfume). if you like fruity creamy scents, this is a definite yes, although as with other SDJs, it doesn't last on skin, and you're better off dousing your clothes in it. overall very summery and I can tell it's gonna get a lot of wear from me!!

this is so pretty. my favourite of the three, i think, though it's close. i can't believe they made one that isn't (that) sweet!! wahoo!

tested on skin:
the opening is weird but i found that with all three. letting it sit for a while, it's magic.
Orris and sandalwood, with vanilla and amber. Something sweet but I can't pick out fig or pear. Very smooth, and light compared to what you'd expect from the notes. Kind of odd to have something so sophisticated as a body spray but i'm actually obsessed. this is gorgeous.

it's not masculine though it's not super girly as it isn't sweet, but there's a very prominent vanilla. it's a woody vanilla, and i think it's still a little feminine.

I love this body spray. It smells totally unique and different from all my other fragrances. I have never smelled anything like it.
The body spray has a slight masculine touch, but still smells sweet and warm and somehow becomes addictive.
The fig scent is very, very beautiful and becomes sweeter in the drydown. The base notes are all clearly recognizable.
The longevity is somewhat better than that of fresher body sprays.
The scent is truly something very special.

It could be a fragrance by Thierry Mugler. Not that it smells like Alien or Angel, but it simply fits in that direction.

The description "Champagne" is very accurate. It doesn't smell like champagne, but the overarching term fits; there's something sparkling and sweet, yet light in the scent.

For Sol de Janeiro, it also lasts incredibly long.

It is truly one of the rare Sol De Janeiro fragrances that is not "typically Sol de Janeiro." (I feel the same about 87.)

I would be very happy if it were included in the permanent collection, but I think that the typical Sol de Janeiro buyers might not necessarily purchase it, and all others might not give it a chance. What a shame.
