After Hours

To me this smells like a bunch of fragrances mixed together. It has a very harsh jasmine note and a strong patchouli note too. It smells similar to "Into The Night (2019) (Fragrance Mist) | Bath & Body Works" mixed with Scandal Le Parfum / Hypnotic Poison Eau de Toilette mixed with Black Opium Eau de Parfum To me it smells like they tried to mix a bunch of popular fragrances together but it all just clashed. It's very mature. Even though I don't like this I do think there will be people who do like this since those perfumes are very popular. I made a full review on my YouTube channel below.

Sweet, jammy, and syrupy. Blackcurrant, pear, and jasmine are the prominent notes to me, all against a background of creamy caramel and vanilla. Pairs well with so many things (some of my favourites are Good Girl, DBIR, La Vie est Belle, La Bella and Devotion), projection and longevity are both amazing. One I would definitely consider repurchasing.

The Little Flower Bomb

I hope you understand the reference. Let me get straight to the point: Yes, this fragrance bears a strong resemblance to Flowerbomb Eau de Parfum. A vanilla base, mixed with patchouli and a subtle, sweet-sour blackcurrant (which subtly reminds of La Vie est Belle L'Eau de Parfum, which is often listed as a dupe for "Flowerbomb"). So you can tell which fragrance category we are in.

"After Hours | Sol de Janeiro" is perhaps the most mature and also the "most perfumey" scent from the brand for me. A softer and lighter version of "Flowerbomb". A lovely option for those who find the original too strong or who love the fragrance DNA and would like it in the form of a body spray to scent themselves after showering or to refresh throughout the day.
This fragrance is also a good choice for going out, especially if you are sensitive to scents and prefer a "light" option that doesn’t envelop you in a thick cloud of fragrance.

Just a few years ago, I played the leading role in your life, and I was indispensable to you. Like magic, these young beings transform into teenagers who want to prove their independence. "Bye, mom," you call out to me and kiss me lovingly before you head off to school. The scent of freesias and jasmine whispers lines of spring to me, brightening my mood in an instant. The vanilla rounds it off sweetly, while the woods tell me an oriental story that immediately immerses me in another world. A truly touching and successful floral fragrance, specially created for my youngest sprout.

That's how it is with children. First, they are your biggest fans, only to eventually realize that you have become somewhat embarrassing to them. As they grow older, that changes again. I could tell volumes about this. That's just the course of time, the circle of life, the rebellion of youth, and it simply belongs to life until everything closes again - in the best case.

I like the fragrances from Sol de Janeiro. This one is perhaps a bit too floral for me, but on my daughter, it smells just right. Delicate floral, sweet, and irresistible. A scent as if it were created just for my delicate Anastasia to underscore her youthful femininity and tenderness.

Beautiful floral sweet fruity gourmand, but different

As a big fan of the Cheriosa Sol de Janeiro body fragrances, I finally welcomed Cheirosa '76 into my collection.
This body spray differs from most of the Cheirosa scents, as it has dominant floral notes that the others lack.
Here, floral jasmine & freesia notes blend with fruity blackcurrant & pear nectar, accompanied by sweet vanilla cream & caramel notes that remain in the background.
The amber wood notes give the body spray a woody character.

Overall, it is a well-rounded beautiful floral gourmand scent in which the floral notes dominate, perfect for the whole year but especially suitable for summer when perfume scents can become overwhelming.

The light body mist fragrances last a few hours depending on the situation but need to be reapplied, as these are body sprays and not perfumes, which is not a problem given the price.
I love the Sol de Janeiro body sprays and enjoy having them in my collection.

The first time I've ever been disappointed by a SDJ scent :( I just got jasmine & woods, not enough sweet notes for me. Headache inducing.

Synthetic jasmine, sharp blackcurrant, and a sweet powdery dry down. Overall, it smells a bit like burnt plastic.

Flowerbömbchen is here. Sweet, slightly musty, somewhat heavy even though it's a body spray, maybe the patchouli... unfortunately not for me. There are nicer solos :)
