Its all about Rose…

The first test and - oh my God! What a fragrance! I walked around for a week thinking about it. Persistent, delicate, sweet and wonderful in the opening, which is exactly how it seemed to me at first. Probably the mix of the other perfume I tried that day, gave me that feeling. I wanted to order a bottle, but decided to try it again. And out came THIS! Rose. It was so itchy and hated by me so much. The other notes I just stopped noticing when I felt this rose. It reminded me of all my non-favorite perfumes like Chloe, F.Malle portrait of the lady, xerjoff wardasina.
It’s a pity that it’s turned out like that. After all tester was gone, love is still not happened. All I like in it but rose! I tried black collection 2 later too, but they are so similar to me that- no, nothing for me.
The perfume is persistent and beautiful, thick, with a good trail,it’s overtake all room around and gives a lots of compliments, interestingly played leather, it appears very unobtrusive and suede. No fruits on my skin. The musk does not scream and is not annoying, I even barely feel it. For fans of the direction very worth to try

Finally

I once had a sample of either the Widian Black IV or Black II I couldn't remember anymore even tho I kept the packaging wrap of it for years without trowing it away until my mom eventually thew it away while cleaning finding it between my books....

So forward to now, last year after working during my summer semester break to get some money to fullfill my girlriend her dream of going to Paris, I was also able to finally get myself the Black IV and my gosh I love it. I'd say slightly feminin leaning but still unisex.

Standardly heavenly

Just such a clever built fun conglomerate. Got the thoroughness, special trough the roof, celebratory, refined to the point of surpassing categories like that? So: vanilla white florals fruit musky warm woods. Undoubtedly and clearly intentional the main release of the Black Aj Arabia line, got the stand out, sheer lovely all the way, got the superpositive, mature too, perfect unisex. Amazing base activation on the 3°C, 37°F night stroll, layers, reaches a point of Angels' Share's and Voyage a Paris's mutual blissful peak without the boozy and the gourmand, go figure. Pretty much a genious Widian release, journey milestone due to unique approach and quality level.

First Date

AJ Arabia has always fascinated me. Oriental fragrances in general. I have already been able to test some. A few were allowed to stay. At first, I was particularly taken by the AJ "Gold Collection - II" with its almost innocent, creamy DNA. Playful and seemingly shy.

Now, "Black Collection - IV" presents itself in a similar way. However, after the very feminine-associated opening, it gains in sensuality. On all levels. It brings a beautiful sandalwood note very early on, with such captivating smokiness, organically woven into the creamy DNA, that it makes the senses dance. The "threatened" gourmand fruitiness remains very vague, which is why the fragrance is absolutely unisex wearable - and looking at the pyramid, it is not a gourmand at all. The leather promised in the base note reveals itself more as a very distant, white, soft suede. Subtle and hardly present or dominant. Nothing here is even remotely dark or creaky. Everything is dreamily affectionate, with occasionally very clear fluttering of the eyelashes.

Widian himself describes his fragrance as the first approach and acquaintance of lovers, full of restrained desire and eroticism. So be it. If you set aside all the marketing, I can recommend this fragrance to anyone who also has Gold II on their list or in their collection. A very beautifully creamy oriental that wants to do more than just play, but is never intrusive. Longevity and sillage are above average, and the fragrance characteristic for me is more smoky-oriental-sweet than floral.

The Silence of Black IV

I still remember the evening when I wore Widian Black IV for the first time. It was a cool autumn evening in a foreign city, somewhere between the shine of modern facades and the narrow, old streets that smelled of history. I had just bought the bottle, drawn in by its heavy, noble glass that almost resembled a work of art.

As I applied the first spray to my skin, something velvety spread immediately: dark, spicy warmth, almost as if someone had opened an old wooden door behind which mysterious stories had been collected for decades. The scent felt like a silent companion, unobtrusive but with a depth that made me pause time and again.

I walked through the city, past cafés where the laughter of young people echoed through the streets, and at the same time felt a strange calm within me. Black IV acted like a shield, as if it were telling me: You don’t need to explain yourself, you are simply here, and that is enough.

Later, in a small bar, as I sipped a glass of red wine, a stranger leaned over to me and quietly asked, “What fragrance is that? It reminds me of travels, of nights under the stars.” We both smiled, and in that moment I knew that this scent was more than just perfume. It was a key to memories that had not yet been experienced.

Since then, I wear Widian Black IV not often, only on evenings when I want to rediscover myself. It is not an everyday scent for me, but a chapter that should not be read too often, so that the magic remains.
