Ohh so unique
Guess what its again Xerjoff, kind of a scent that you can not compare with another one.
I dont say that this is a good scent or a bad one but this one is really very unique perfume, you really have to try it

The opening i smell a little ginger, basil and super grassy
Then later some kind of salt and pepper with green notes smashes in

So strange one try it you will discover that there is no simulare perfume like ascot moon.

Only with a gun license!
I think we are all familiar with the following two scenarios:
You spray one or two strong bursts of a new fragrance on the back of your hand, wave your arms in the air briefly to let the alcohol evaporate and then, in joyful anticipation, bring your wrist to your nose. Then the corners of the mouth either go up and a light sigh of delight escapes the drooling lips. Or the forehead wrinkles, the forearm snaps back into its original position and an inner voice speaks out: What the hell...?
Exactly the latter happened to me when I first sprayed AM. The attentive reader may now ask himself the question whether the good DrHc here has misunderstood the evaluation scale. Do it, the resolution follows immediately Now that I had recovered from the first shock, I hurried straight to the nearest water tap and the back of my hand was completely freed from the "smell" with soap and water. At least I thought so! After about 1 hour, the "mishap" almost erased from my short-term memory, I suddenly noticed an extremely pleasant smell. My head twitches frantically from one side to the other to find out the origin of this pleasant smell. All of a sudden I realize that this is the back of my hand. Immediately I grabbed the sample again, sprayed a powerful spray on a handkerchief and dabbed the back of my hand with it and behold: What a pleasure! It is difficult to describe this scent impression. In many commentaries there is talk of freshly cut grass and moss. But that is only half the truth. If you think of Play Green from CdG or Victrix, you are completely wrong. It's a bone dry grass, to which a good pinch of herbs like basil (similarity to the unfortunately discontinued Baïmé flash), sage or similar have been added. I even find this scent so extreme that I sometimes think it is a flawless leather scent. I would put it on a par with Incense extreme by Andy Tauer. Don't get me wrong, the scent itself has hardly any similarity, but even here a scent has literally been "perverted" to the extreme. In terms of the scent impression, it may have a certain similarity to another masterpiece, Grey Flannel. Here, too, green notes and oakmoss take centre stage.
In summary, I can recommend this fragrance to anyone who likes green notes and has the courage to embark on something completely new. But beware! Please apply only in homeopathic doses and I guarantee: An incomparable fragrance experience awaits you.

Grassy leather
So far, this is the only one in this line that succeded in caughting my attention. It's positive for me that, different from the others, this doesn't have that sharp, dry and strong synthetic base. But yet, it's one with a clear mainstream inspiration, even that in a kind of less explored or forgotten path (which might be the reason why i think it's interesting). Ascoot Moon reminds me a lot of a modern take of the galbanum and dry herbs aroma of the classic Balmain Vent Vert. I beliebe that the horse club inspiration is captured here more through the environment smell of fresh grass, recently cut, and smell which is interesting for me due the contrast of a green citrus aroma mixed with that vegetal bitter green side that you get in the air when the grass was just cut. I also think that it's interesting that Ascot moon has a classic polished leather aroma, which makes me think of the saddlery articles maybe (boots and the saddle itself). This leather aroma transforms, somehow, in mix of incense and mineral musk, that finishes the fragrance in a little too simple way. This part i think it could have been better worked, but i overlook it due the different mixture of leather and green notes.

Superb soft/sharp leather
Take the green, leathery and sharp opening of Bandit , then add the suede qualities of Cuir Ottoman and finally lay it on a barely used saddle.

This is Ascot Moon.

Fans of the above mentioned perfumes should definitely try it.

The base gets softer and resins emerge. I'm not quite sure which but it feels like an accord as opposed to a single resin. It adds a three dimensional facet to the above description.

Longevity is excellent. Projection is above average.
Ticks all the boxes:
Quality ingredients
Smooth transition from top to mid to bottom notes
Very good complexity (not muddled or too busy)
Unique - haven't smelled anything too similar
Bottom accord isn't generic or a filler - smells like it was worked on not shoved in haphazardly.
