Fresh Spice-Cheapie with a meagre performance
The cool, chrome-colored bottle and the Axe-style sliding atomizer are very inviting and were also one of the reasons for my impulse purchase. What finally comes out of the bottle seems synthetic and rather unspectacular at first, but turns into an interesting and pleasantly spicy freshie as it progresses. Towards the end, the fragrance becomes sweeter, with cardamom, cinnamon and a light vanilla accord forming the base.
Unfortunately, the longevity doesn't win any prizes; after just 2 hours, the fragrance had practically evaporated on my skin, only on my clothes could it still be sniffed. Sillage is moderate at best, but that's not a bad thing for a cheapie.
Conclusion: With Dynamic Move Chrome, Bugatti has tried to meet the tastes of as many people as possible. The fragrance pyramid reads like a mixture of Aventus and Noir Extreme Eau de Parfum. They have only partially succeeded in this balancing act; the fragrance needs a few minutes to fully unfold. But then it knows how to convince. The fresh notes of pineapple and laurel are underlined by a pleasant spicy blend of current trend notes such as cardamom and cinnamon. I like what I smell. If the shelf life were a little longer, I would stock up on 3-4 bottles for next summer. As it is, it will probably remain a one-off experience.
