For all love I give was it all just a dream?
For all we give, for all we suffer, we all dont get enough time on this earth to get out what we all wish we could. Some want to make something, do something, this scent wants to be something, something worthy of the love we all can give, but nevertheless, it's forgotten, all of its love is stripped away, its pulled from the parts of eternity we never should have seen, but it was all just a dream, a Tonkin dream even. Dreams come and go, most only last for seconds but in our minds they can take hours, thats the art of the human mind, it can experience a hundred lifetimes in the time of one, and this scent is that, the idea of not being able to do everything we want, the scent of one lifetime. What we give is what we will receive, but when you can give something so immense, there isnt anything to receive in return. I tell you what you get instead, you get a scent, a scent filled with ouds and musks of the purest kind. This scent is one we dont deserve, we cant see pureness like this, we are only placed on this earth for one lifetime, but these scents makes me want to experience that over and over again! Enough thinking, lets dive into what this scent has to offer us.
A start of a century is now, we spray the scent and open our minds and senses to what we can get from this scent, and I tell you what that is: musk. Musk in the most beautiful sense, Tonkin Musk, the finest musk grain we can ever have, the most gorgeous and beautiful musk we will ever have in our lifetimes. Youre hit with a blast of musk, the musk is not animalic but pure and light, its creamy and a bit spicy, but it has this undertone of what i assume is all the different ouds blending together in this, its magical, its pure and its something you wont experience often in your lifetime, and im amazed by this scent in every way!
Now when you dive deeper, its oud, a lot of oud, I read someone called it "purple oud" and thats just the perfect way to describe this. Its warm and spicy oud, but with a hint of something that gives it that purple feeling; maybe it's the musk hugging around the oud to give it a pure feeling. Maybe the oud is a journey we only experience once in our lifetime, the journey we seek to find what's within our souls, what we can find in our dreams, and that is the perfect representation of this scent, what we find in our millions of different lifetimes that we experience in our dreams!
When dawn has settled, a new day always rises again, another chance at what we forgot the day before, time and time again, all over, but something sticks out. Now when the musk has shown, the oud has shown, and the spices have shown, we are left with berries and vanilla, and I find that very interesting to see! We forget in a world full of strong ouds and musk what we can also have is something light. these red berries mixed with vanilla shows something blissful, something pure and we wished we could do yesterday, and im all for it! These berries still have a slight animalic musky feeling to them and thats something I stand for! This scent isnt only what you smell, its what you wished to do the day before and tomorrow, and i can say Eric made art out of this scent!
