An Oriental for Everyday Use

I sometimes have my difficulties with oriental perfumes. But Heliaca is definitely a good entry-level fragrance. I perceive a spicy vanilla, which gradually adds ginger. The whole thing is rounded off with a woody oud scent.
A good fragrance for cold autumn and winter days.

Clean Woman & Clean Man Image

You get a truly straightforward, beautifully delicate spicy and wonderfully clean scent here from Le Couvent, and at an unbeatable price. Fair, where price and performance simply match, which unfortunately cannot be said for many fragrances from all ranges. If one did not know that it came from Le Couvent, one would think it was from a significantly higher-end brand.

Heliaca is perfectly suitable for both genders. Ideal for starting the day, with fresh ginger in lemon juice. Sparkling freshness wafts around, making bergamot dance joyfully. It also becomes spicy, gently layered with a slightly warm, resinous coating. Bright woods surround the head, allowing the soul to laugh in the rising sun. A bit earthy, slightly oily. I like it immensely. You feel very elegant, and this fragrance cultivates a clean woman and clean man image.

The scent is not too quiet and has a bright, cheerful nature. It has a slight, dark shadow that gives it something interesting. It vaguely reminds one of Encens Suave, though it is noticeably less sweet and more mature.

Longevity and sillage are in the mid to upper range, and the bottle is simple and elegant. Just like the result when wearing it throughout the day. I often receive compliments about how well-groomed I smell and where one can buy this fragrance.

The Best of Its Line

The scents in this line from Le Couvent des Minimes, which aim to represent animal and nature portraits, share a clearly recognizable fragrance DNA: they are bright, friendly, and above all, naturally appealing scents that embrace warmly and pleasingly.
Heliaca is truly a king of the skies: it is based on an incredibly clear but by no means boring composition. The fragrance opens initially with a slightly alcoholic-fresh cardamom note that comes across as a bit cool - only to immediately give way to a very warm and spicy ginger that shows great endurance. A clean, but not sterile oud later joins this, also here to stay, bringing a certain nobility with it. A vanilla note can also be faintly detected in the drydown, adding an airy-light and slightly powdery sweetness to the fragrance.
Heliaca provides warm energy on cold days, but even on warmer days, it is never overwhelming, instead remaining balanced.
A wonderful scent that brings a smile to the face and instills courage - and one that is talked about too little.
By the way, Heliaca is one of those fragrances that actually presents itself quite differently on paper than on the skin.
