Le Couvent is a perfume house that uses high quality ingredients for the main notes of the fragrance and is under the artistic direction of Jean Claude Ellena, one of the greatest perfumers we had. Fort Royal is a resinous, vanillic perfume . Simply a very strong evening / winter fragrance.
He is warm and inviting. Reminds thereby and Tom Ford Black Orchid.
Although in the fragrance notes no vanilla is listed, I could swear that I perceive a gentle vanilla.
