Resinous and vanillic
Le Couvent is a perfume house that uses high quality ingredients for the main notes of the fragrance and is under the artistic direction of Jean Claude Ellena, one of the greatest perfumers we had. The Best Wild Berries in the World
In the initial phase - the best wild berries in the world: bright, juicy, beautifully accented by a sweet benzoin base. In the cold, at -7 degrees, the berries remain present for a long time - and that is the best thing that can happen to this fragrance. In the warmth, the berries quickly dissipate and reveal the sweet benzoin base (for me, there is more benzoin here than vanilla) - it lingers for a long time - too bad I'm not a fan.

Warm and Exciting
Simply a very strong evening/winter fragrance.
It is warm and inviting. It reminds me of Tom Ford Black Orchid.
Although vanilla is not listed in the fragrance notes, I could swear I detect a gentle vanilla.
It is extravagant - a woman who wears this scent wants to be seen and smelled!

For this price, an absolute recommendation to buy! :)

As if you smelled benzoin laid on warm wood with a handful of red berries sprinkled on top with some stray vanilla shavings for good measure

I've smelled something like this before, but I still like it. Resinous sweet, a hint of orange at the start, and delicate spice as a backdrop.
