Who put vanilla crescents in the laundry?

Since I smelled the fragrance for the first time about 2 months ago, it somehow just wouldn't let go of me and today I finally decided to buy the bottle.

In my opinion, the fragrance smells like a delicious vanilla cake or vanilla biscuits with a hint of fresh laundry and cleanliness. A completely unusual combination, but one that works really well. In my opinion, the fragrance is not only sweet, but also brings a certain freshness with it, which also creates this scent of cleanliness.

In my opinion, Vanilla Powder is an incredibly pleasing fragrance that I can't imagine anyone not liking. It should be dosed carefully, as H/S are really bombastic.
Carefully dosed, however, you get a great companion with this fragrance, which does not leave you the whole day and projects outwards like crazy. I can also imagine layering this fragrance, so I'm going to try it out a bit in the near future to give other fragrances that extra vanilla kick.

Vanilla Powder is a blind buy for anyone who loves vanilla fragrances and is looking for an uncomplicated, consistent companion for everyday wear. For everyone else, it's definitely worth a test.

Old familiar with coconut

From Matiere Premiere I still have no fragrance. I find the brand itself exciting, but partly too "own" unfortunately. What they can do particularly well is to turn up the synthetics strongly, but without seeming particularly synthetic. On Vanilla Powder I was very excited, but knew that it will be something very idiosyncratic again. And I was proven right. This muskynthetik at the beginning reminded me of 5 - Floral, Amber, Sensual Musk , then later in the course he gets a BR540 vibe, then goes on to Instant Crush but with some coconut.
In sum, I lack the wow effect and the powder is rather incidental music.

For whom is it suitable? For all who like musk coconut or vanilla coconut fragrances. Ultimately, the price then does not fit for me, there are similar fragrances for significantly cheaper. But since that is not my direction, I can unfortunately not give any specific examples.

Personally, he bores me.

Butter crumble like grandma used to make

The Vanilla Powder came to me as a gift for testing. As soon as I took it out, the delicious buttery vanilla scent lingered on my fingers and I knew I had to try it soon, it smells simply delicious.
The next day I started with fresh laundry and sprayed it on my wrists, neck and clothes, 3 sprays seemed to be enough as the scent was very prominent in my nose.
I actually get a strong vanilla, but not a floral but a buttery one. I thought, you know that scent, but where from? It didn't take long for me to remember: this is butter vanilla from Dr. Oetker, the gold liquid bottles with baking aroma.
That's exactly what I use for my butter crumbles when I bake apple or plum cakes. And the funniest thing is that I love this aroma and have always thought about using it as a perfume...
Well, I don't need that anymore, because I got to know Vanilla Powder.
For me, the two are really very similar, the Matiere fragrance seems just as artificial as the baking aroma. But that doesn't bother me at all, because this exaggerated artificial butter vanilla is exactly the reason why I only use this baking aroma company and no other. I love it and yes, I can smell like it, if not every day, there will certainly be days when I will enjoy wearing the Vanilla Powder. It immediately landed on my wish list.
Although the fragrance starts out strong, it becomes soft relatively quickly, at least on my skin, and the performance is rather average. Perhaps that's a good thing, because smelling like a Monster Butter cookie for 10 hours would be nothing. So the fragrance is just as right as it is.
I don't sense any great development either, perhaps it becomes a little more woody over time, but the buttery vanilla plays the leading role right to the end.
For me a great rather cozy cuddly scent, how about you? Would you like to try a piece of cake?

The name of the perfume is a misnomer according to my nose.
I smell a lot of coconut and little vanilla.
A disappointment.Too bad, had me so looking forward to vanilla.
IT Smells to me like a mixture of Cocos and Erba pura

Vanilla crescents on steroids

I bought the fragrance "spontaneously" at Alsterhaus after returning a gift so I could spend the money on something I really wanted. Smelled a sample and off I went.

The vanilla is above all else. At the beginning, for about the first 15 minutes, it seems quite synthetic, but then it turns into more natural aromas, I mainly smell cookies and croissants, some crumble cake or bee sting. It's wonderful, as vanilla is one of my favorite flavors when it comes to sweets. If you concentrate a little, you can also perceive the coconut relatively well, especially in the drydown.

H/S: Insane. I used four sprays, which was clearly too much, as I received comments directly from my girlfriend and her sister that the perfume was far too strong. so 3 sprays should be absolutely enough. We were at a birthday party with around 40 guests and several people spoke to me positively about the fragrance. There was (unfortunately) smoking in one of the rooms and yet I could still smell the fragrance after around 7 hours when we got home, as if I had just sprayed it on.

The Matière Première fragrance house flew completely under my radar until recently. I've already set my sights on the next one and just bought Falcon Leather, I'm very excited. The Vanilla Powder could become one of my favorites, but its "heaviness" makes it particularly suitable for the colder months of the year. I could also imagine using it in low doses in spring. A clear buy recommendation for anyone who likes sweet fragrances.
