I'm in Crete
This is what an inhabitant of the island of Crete might hear from his house with the orange roof, when after his summer work he sits on the terrace to drink a fruit juice. The opening makes me think of a glass overflowing with sweet lemon juice with a splash of grapefruit on top. The salty note is perceived after a few moments, it is like a sea breeze that reaches us, looking out of a window, a hundred meters from the sea shore, therefore without the presence of any odor reminiscent of algae or particularly pungent. The fragrance remains so throughout its temporal development, with the marine note in the foreground, which envelops the citrus fruits. In concrete terms it is a perfume without complexity and contrasts, it doesn't even have that particular note or accord that can distinguish it from others.
But it remains a marine fragment, pleasant even if minimalist

Agreeable salty citrus
Theodoros Kalotinis Aegean Salt & Citrus is an aptly-named, fresh blend of sea salt and citrus that transports me to the beach without a heady marine quality (i.e. calone, driftwood, seaweed), not that that would be a bad thing, but its absence makes this fragrance a bit easier for everyone to enjoy. I could certainly wear this every day and in any situation and feel comfortable, as it seems to be reasonably dense and perform reasonably well, even though I’m not testing it in very hot or cold temperatures. While it doesn’t stand out in the way that Coffee Addict does, it’s the type of fragrance that every house and every collector could use, an easy-to-wear, every day salty citrus. And priced at 45 euros for 50ml (like the rest of the EDP line, sold through the house website), it’s very reasonable to acquire in today’s market.

Hard to describe...
I got to know Aegean Salt & Citrus about Linneas Wanderbrief and she has asked for a few lines about it. I'm happy to comply, but the whole thing will probably turn out rather confused...
In the 1st test, the scent seemed to me fruity-citrus, pleasant and not too spiky, a little like an airy-fluffy bubble bath blanket (very discreetly soapy), the fruits rather washed out or not clearly assignable.
In the 2nd test, however, I perceived strangely only delicate floral, unspectacular but nice.
Behind it quite weak and indefinable a fresh-aquatic impression. After about 1 hour, an increasingly persistent note appeared, which reminded me of Womanity, became very dominant and should probably be attributed to sea salt. The next morning then a delicate, slightly synthetic and sweetish remnant...
(as a precaution, it should be mentioned that I later got a violent allergy on the wrist, but this can only come from this perfume with a probability of 50%)
Overall, quite a pretty and wearable fragrance, which is, however, too indefinite for me...

Sunny rocks by the sea
Thank you dear Linnea for the opportunity to test the fragrance at a walking letter.
Citrus doesn't play the main role here, but neither does salt, which I like very much. I can't decipher other notes, but there are definitely florals involved. I think of lonely rocks by the sea covered in wildflowers - warmed by the sun, cooled by the breeze. Not a sweetness, but not quite tart either. I liked the scent one of the best

Nice salty citrus scent for hot weather. It brings you to the seaside and make you smell as If you got out of the sea. Lovely!
