THE SCENT OF RAFAELLO
Crème Brûlée is a mouthwatering treat from the moment you spray it. The opening is dominated by a prominent coconut note — so bold, it might feel a bit too strong if you’re after a true crème brûlée scent. Instead, it evokes the sweetness of Rafaello candy, with a soft, creamy vanilla-coconut blend. It’s like coconut milk with a rich, fatty sweetness, and there's a slight nutty hint, reminiscent of the almonds found in those beloved Rafaello treats.

However, there’s something about the composition that feels a bit too synthetic — waxy and plasticky.

As it dries down, the fragrance becomes more caramelized and almost "crunchy," with a subtle burnt sugar undertone.

It’s a true gourmand experience — creamy, sweet, sugary — though the synthetic edge keeps it from feeling as polished as I'd prefer.

Creme Brulee by TK
Nice coconut and gourmand scent. It reminds me of Rafaelo and sweet candy with coconut flakes. It is sugary, creamy and very sweet. The oppening is buttery. Give it only one minute and the buttery smell will disappear. I wish it was cheaper but it is OK .. I use it as a layering base for many other fragrances. I can layer it with fragrances like Yum Boujee Marshmallow and Marshmallow Blush by Paris Corner. It smells like Strawberry milkshake with a hint of coconut.

Coconut crème brûlée
As one would expect from a crème brûlée scent, this starts out with a huge dose of rich, creamy caramel. I don't think it smells all that much like a realistic crème brûlée in the opening, but I don't mind. It's still close enough to the theme and feels very warm, cozy and nostalgic.

After a short while, it starts to remind me of Giardini di Toscana Bianco Latte. The coconut milk note is definitely quite noticeable, and I think it's actually more dry coconut than really milky. The milky and creamy aspects of the scent come from the caramel and especially the vanilla note. After a while, even the caramel feels a bit crunchier than it does in the opening, which brings the scent both closer to a real crème brûlée and the Bianco Latte DNA.
There is also something about this that reminds me of indie vanilla oils from the 2000s, but only in passing.

I like this, but I already have Lattafa Eclaire in this genre, which I like a good bit more. This one is both very gourmand and very coconutty, so if that is what you're craving, it might be the best choice.

RICH AS HECK
This house does a very good job at creating photo realistic scents, some so realistic that I wouldn't wear them again. Creme Brulee is VERY realistic and RICH. Smells a bit like coconut shavings on toffee. The coconut is too strong for me and overpowers the rest of the notes. I like it as a scent but wouldn't wear it again nor buy a full bottle.

Authentic, but unfortunately..
Crème Brûlée by Theodoros Kalotinis starts off beautifully, gourmand, and authentic. Unfortunately, this positive impression fades for me shortly after spraying, as the fragrance develops an unpleasant synthetic quality that I am currently struggling to accept.

On one hand, we have this super beautiful and especially sweet-creamy vanilla note, as well as the delicious caramel.
On the other hand, the caramel note quickly comes across as somewhat "burnt" to me, and this fragrance unexpectedly develops a strange synthetic quality.

Only after an hour or so does this synthetic aspect fade a bit, and it becomes pleasantly creamy, sweet, and powdery.

Overall, it is indeed a special fragrance, just as I have come to expect from Theodoros Kalotinis.
In my opinion, however, there could have been more to it.
What do I mean by that?
Without this "burnt" aspect and the strange synthetic quality for me, the fragrance would have been significantly more beautiful.

Creamy coconut custard with a hint of powder, but the toasted/burnt note turns almost "mentholated".

Rich custardy vanilla coconut. It's outstanding & my fave coconut ever. I just don't like the way it dries down - becomes a bit green.

Sugary vanilla-coconut. Smells like Rafaello candy. Coconut cream with a rich, fatty sweetness, and there's a slight nutty hint (almond)

You see the ingredients above: that's exactly how it smells! The caramel is maybe a little burnt.

The top note smells authentically like crème brûlée, then the IKEA caramel-vanilla candle scent comes through. No, I don't want to smell like that.

Jammy, caramel, and vanilla cream smell delicious.
But then an undefinable musty note comes in.
Was the coconut milk sour? Who knows.

The first second was wonderful, but from the second second, an absolute NO. I don't smell crème brûlée or coconut flakes, but a lot of butter.

Crème Brûlée, super cool executed.
Even the burnt sugar note is there.
Unfortunately, it sometimes drifts into a synthetic direction.

Caramel cream. Crème brûlée.
Sweet, short unpleasant synthetic note. Then it stays crème brûlée, without the crunchy crust = twist. Just.
-Good, not new.

I smell burnt sugar in the top notes and artificial vanilla.
Overall, I imagined the scent to be rounder and softer.
