I wanted to know and ordered Rabab Gems to compare it on my right forearm with Accento by Xerjoff.
My conclusion: Accento comes across as a bit "more elegant and expensive," which, in my opinion, it must be given the price difference.
But indeed - for me, it's just a tiny bit. For people who have a more sensitive sense of smell than I do, it might be more than that, but that's their issue.
In the opening, Rabab Gems is somewhat clumsy and maybe a bit forward, but that quickly settles down. The pineapple is there, and just like with Xerjoff, it's non-acidic, soft, fresh, and elegantly packaged. After about an hour, the two fragrances differ the most, as Rabab Gems takes a brief detour towards Erba Pura, unlike Accento. Since I own and frequently enjoy wearing Erba Pura (the original), this is not a problem for me. (For Erba Pura haters, of course, it is). But as I said, it's more of a detour; the Erba Pura vibes fade away, and the two fragrances start to align again. At times, I found the Xerjoff to be a bit darker and deeper, but on the other hand, Rabab Gems has an almost irresistible lightness and freshness, and even better, it retains this after twelve hours. I can still faintly perceive it on my forearm almost twenty-four hours later. No mustiness! Nice!
The bottle is just as beautiful as a bold imitation, and the sprayer is great.
