Christmas just gives me another reason to wear Serge Lutens "Five o'clock au gingembre". Also, "Fille en aiguilles".

My favorite is Winter Delice: it is not only red berries and resin but also pine.

ScentedS, Winter Delice is a great fragrance for a pine scent balanced with other elements. For the same reason I enjoy "Encens Flamboyant" which is a nice, subtle balsam incense scent and "Nuit Étoilée (Eau de Toilette)" which is balanced out with florals.

I'm so glad you reminded me about these other fragrances. My wardrobe selection suddenly expanded for the holidays! It's a Christmas miracle!

On Christmas day I always wear Vagabond Prince's Enchanted Forest. It smells like Yule to me. I love the transition it goes trough. Like walking through a cold evergreen forest and then entering the house full of spiced rum and baked goods with the Yule log crackling in the hearth.

I used to have Goutal's incense. It was so powerful and rich. And Enchanted Forest is one of my favorite forest perfumes too. Reminds me of childhood.

Anima Dulcis can be also an interesting choice, but it is rather animal indeed.

For me it's Timbuktu by L'Artisan. It reminds me of the biblical story of the Magi, bearing their fragrant gifts to the baby Jesus.

Serge Luten's Arabie for me. Dark and plummy, it smells just like a Christmas pudding.

Café - smells sweet, hot and spicy like Glühwein at the Christmas Market
"L'Agent@Agent Provocateur" - evokes the crib figures, also the life sized ones during Christmas season

I think there wouldn't be any specific scent related to Christmas from my country, though. The smell of snow?
